簡介:在知識經(jīng)濟(jì)時代,知識在社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的作用日益增強(qiáng)。信息、知識和情報逐步成為與人力、資源并列的第三大戰(zhàn)略資源。目前,全球競爭環(huán)境變幻莫測,要進(jìn)行科學(xué)的決策需要更多的信息,對這些信息要求具有多樣性、及時性、競爭性、準(zhǔn)確性等特點(diǎn)。那么,如何從知識海洋中尋找自己所需的信息,避免迷失在“信息叢林”中呢只有借助于強(qiáng)有力的信息檢索與分析工具。作為一種新的信息檢索技術(shù),語義檢索可以在知識理解和知識推理的基礎(chǔ)上實現(xiàn)對信息資源的準(zhǔn)確、全面的檢索。對語義檢索的研究不僅僅在信息管理領(lǐng)域,還包括人工智能、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)等研究領(lǐng)域以及法律、農(nóng)業(yè)、醫(yī)學(xué)等專業(yè)應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域。用戶的檢索過程帶有強(qiáng)烈的領(lǐng)域特征、為特定任務(wù)而服務(wù)的。然而,傳統(tǒng)的信息檢索是面向所有用戶的,信息組織的深度不夠,無法理解信息的語義特征。所以,本文借助法律框架網(wǎng)絡(luò)本體來描述知識的明確語義,法律框架網(wǎng)絡(luò)本體是對法律領(lǐng)域概念及關(guān)系的描述,能夠?qū)㈦[性的概念較好地表達(dá)出來。我們將法律框架網(wǎng)絡(luò)知識庫的框架、實例及知識用XML標(biāo)記語言進(jìn)行描述,之后用OWL對框架的內(nèi)部信息進(jìn)行資源描述。設(shè)計一定的算法,利用JENA推理機(jī)對OWL文檔實施推理,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)特定情景的知識推理,具備了挖掘隱性知識的能力。這就使得檢索系統(tǒng)能夠為用戶提供更加智能化、更加全面的服務(wù),更好地滿足用戶的檢索需求。本文共分五章。第一章對基于推理的語義檢索國內(nèi)外研究狀況進(jìn)行深入的研究,并對其進(jìn)行評價,認(rèn)識到語義檢索中推理的重要性,并分析了該研究領(lǐng)域的不足。第二章介紹自動推理技術(shù)。分析了自動推理的基礎(chǔ)描述邏輯,并對自動推理的兩種形式進(jìn)行討論分析了基于描述邏輯的推理的優(yōu)勢與缺點(diǎn)基于推理規(guī)則的推理使得推理針對性更強(qiáng),更符合應(yīng)用的特征。最后對現(xiàn)有的本體推理機(jī)進(jìn)行了評價。第三章概括講述了法律框架網(wǎng)絡(luò)本體的體系結(jié)構(gòu)及基于它的語義檢索的系統(tǒng)框架。然后針對法律信息的特點(diǎn)提出語義檢索系統(tǒng)的自動推理算法。第四章設(shè)計實現(xiàn)了一個自動推理實驗系統(tǒng),驗證了自動推理算法的正確性,并且結(jié)合對實驗數(shù)據(jù)的分析不斷調(diào)整相關(guān)因子,提高系統(tǒng)的各項性能。第五章總結(jié)了自動推理技術(shù)在語義檢索中的應(yīng)用,并探討了后續(xù)工作中應(yīng)當(dāng)注意的問題和研究重點(diǎn)。法律信息是工作生活中必須重點(diǎn)關(guān)注的信息,只有符合國家法律規(guī)定,用戶的決策才是可行的。我們進(jìn)行法律領(lǐng)域本體的構(gòu)建及應(yīng)用研究,旨在幫助用戶快速、高效的獲取所需法律知識,提高其信息獲取、加工和利用的水平,把握國家有關(guān)法律法規(guī)的變化內(nèi)涵,抓住機(jī)遇,迎接挑戰(zhàn),使其在激烈的市場競爭中處于不敗之地。
