簡介:華中科技大學博士學位論文中國高等教育制度變遷及其文化透視姓名雷曉云申請學位級別博士專業(yè)高等教育學指導教師文輔相張應強20021115華中科技大學博士學位論文探討了中國古代文化的“取象比類”整體性思維特征和以“和”為核心的基本價值觀,剖析了“天人不分”整體性思維所導致的高等教育制度變遷中認知理性和實踐理性的缺失,揭示了“和”、“禮”等所帶來的高等教育的中心地位與依附屬性。隨后分析了中國文化自身在近代變遷的復雜性,以及中國文化在實現(xiàn)價值觀念從“和”向“強”變遷的同時“天人合一”整體性思維的一貫性,由此我們提出中國文化的近代變遷是一次沒完成的文化轉型,并進一步探討了中國文化的近代變遷性質對高等教育制度古近變遷的深層制約,認為正是由于“天人合一”整體性思維方式在近代的延續(xù)導致了古近高等教育制度在看似相異的外觀下卻保持了內在的一致性,依附性構成古近高等教育制度的共同的基本的特征。上述探究對現(xiàn)當代高等教育制度變遷是否具有啟示性這是本文研究的現(xiàn)實意義所在。為此,本文最后探討了理性思維在現(xiàn)當代高等教育制度變遷中的缺失,分析了思維方式轉換的可能性,并通過理性思維與反理性思潮、理性思維與“天人合一”關系的辨析,從而證明實現(xiàn)從“天人合一”的整體性思維向“天人分離”的理性思維轉換具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實意義。關鍵詞高等教育制度變遷文化透視JL為烤煽中國II

簡介:1022毒五2學校代碼10246學號021017031後里大學博士學位論文制度變遷中的權力博弈以轉型期中國高等教育制度為研究對象院系;專業(yè)姓名;指導教師完成日期國際關系與公共事務學院政治學系政治學理論林榮日林尚立教授2006年9月18日型期我國中央與地方高教權力博弈關系的性質和特征,并首次得出了相應的研究結果。第三章著重探討了轉型期四個不同階段中影響中國高等教育發(fā)展的制度環(huán)境政治制度、經(jīng)濟制度和教育制度等,此外,還簡要分析了建國后前28年的現(xiàn)代高等教育制度特征及其相關管理權限問題,以及對我國高等教育制度變遷歷程產(chǎn)生深遠影響的“延安模式”和“蘇聯(lián)模式”進行了分析。從第四章到第六章是本論題的研究重點,旨在研究清楚中央與地方以及政府與高校之間的權力關系特征、權力博弈的方式和性質。筆者通過認真研究和分析轉型期不同階段高教領域的大量政策法規(guī)和法律文獻,借用自己獨創(chuàng)的量化手段,將高教領域七大體制類型中各權力主體的主要權力加以量化,根據(jù)量化結果,結合定性和比較研究方法,對各權力主體中央、地方、政府、高校和社會的權力場演變特征、權力關系、權力博弈的方式和性質等,進行仔細的研究和分析,得出了一些獨特的結論。第七章比較詳細地探討了中國高校內部權力的類型和主要作用方式,在此基礎上,比較分析了西方國家高校內部權力博弈的幾種典型模式和我國高校內部權力姆弈模式,還提出了重構我國高校內部權力博弈模式的幾個原貝LJ。第八章對本論題的研究結論作一總結。通過以上研究,筆者主要得出如下十個結論,其中,除第八個結論外,其他九個結論應該是我國高教研究界第一次得出或首次發(fā)現(xiàn)的第一,到目前為止,我國高等教育體制改革所取得的主要成果之一是,基本理順了中央與地方的職權關系以及高校與高校之間的相互關系,而繼續(xù)理順政府與高校的職權關系、高校內部各權力主體之間以及高校與社會之間的關系,是下一階段的改革重點,其中的關鍵是制度創(chuàng)新。第二,轉型期我國高教體制已從第一階段的“極端中央集權制”、第二階段的“中央高度集權制”和第三階段的“中央適度集權制”,演變到第四階段的。地方適度分權制”.在這四個階段中,中央高教權力一直在不斷下放之中,地方高教權力在第三階段前處于不斷上升之中,但到第四階段已略有下降,說明地方政府也在開始下放權力。另外,到第四階段,地方高教權力值和高校權力值均首次超過了中央權力值,這一發(fā)現(xiàn),可能具有較大意義,因為它標志著我國高等教育體制已開始進入了地方分權的時代,這在中國高教史上是非常罕見的。這一結論也得至Ⅱ權力博弈模型研究結果的進一步證實。IⅡ

簡介:浙江師范大學碩士學位論文高等職業(yè)教育課程設置優(yōu)化研究以浙江省高職院校汽車維修專業(yè)為例姓名張加光申請學位級別碩士專業(yè)課程與教學論(職業(yè)技術教育)指導教師沈亞強20090522分高職院校汽車維修專業(yè)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)情況、浙江省汽車維修行業(yè)從業(yè)人員現(xiàn)狀及用人單位的需求進行調研,結合浙江省經(jīng)濟發(fā)展情況,重新合理的定位浙江省高職汽車維修專業(yè)培養(yǎng)目標,理論與實踐相結合,初步擬定出浙江省高職汽車維修專業(yè)課程設置優(yōu)化體系的基本框架,并采用專家意見調查的方法對該優(yōu)化框架體系進行咨詢、鑒定,對框架的指標內容進行篩選,從而最終確立了浙江省高職院校汽車維修專業(yè)課程設置優(yōu)化體系的框架。這是論文的重點,也是論文的難點。本文所做的這些探索,不僅有助于豐富高職課程設置優(yōu)化的理論體系,而且為高職院校課程設置優(yōu)化的實施提供了一個具體的參考框架,對促進高職教育的課程改革,應對由經(jīng)濟體制變革、產(chǎn)業(yè)結構升級、科學技術的進步及課程理念的不斷更新給高職教育帶來的新的挑戰(zhàn),縮小乃至消除高職教育人才培養(yǎng)效果與市場需求之間的偏差,具有十分重要的意義。當然,本文對高職課程設置優(yōu)化的探索還是初步的,今后的研究主要是進一步深化和完善高職課程設置優(yōu)化的理論架構和實踐模式,將量化研究的方法引入對高職課程設置優(yōu)化研究之中,并對優(yōu)化后的高職教育課程設置的實旅效果進行實證分析等。關鍵詞高職教育;課程設置;優(yōu)化;汽車維修專業(yè)
