簡(jiǎn)介:山東師范大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文高等職業(yè)院校休閑教育芻議姓名王樹(shù)果申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專(zhuān)業(yè)教育學(xué)原理指導(dǎo)教師王向華20070419山東師范大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文高等職業(yè)院校休閑教育芻議中文摘要目前,我國(guó)高等職業(yè)院校的學(xué)生以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)“高職生”擁有充裕的休閑時(shí)間,其休閑生活質(zhì)量的高低,直接影響到高職生能否完整、全面、健康地發(fā)展自我,甚至?xí)绊懙轿磥?lái)社會(huì)的進(jìn)步與發(fā)展。因此。高等職業(yè)院校以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)“高職院校”作為休閑教育的主要提供者之一,有必要對(duì)現(xiàn)有的教學(xué)體系加以改進(jìn),增加休閑選修課和普及教育,幫助高職生樹(shù)立正確的休閑觀(guān),摒棄錯(cuò)誤的休閑認(rèn)識(shí);對(duì)高職生進(jìn)行休閑價(jià)值觀(guān)和休閑技能的培養(yǎng),規(guī)范其休閑行為,使他們能夠有效的、科學(xué)的、合理的利用休閑時(shí)間。選擇積極、健康的休閑方式,’進(jìn)而開(kāi)發(fā)其潛能,提升其生活品質(zhì),無(wú)論對(duì)高職生的健康成長(zhǎng)還是對(duì)社會(huì)的安定都有著十分重要的意義。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法和調(diào)查問(wèn)卷法,從體閑及休閑教育的概念入手,考察了國(guó)內(nèi)外休閑教育的發(fā)展歷程,以我院高職生休閑現(xiàn)狀為例,參照有關(guān)高職生休閑的最新研究成果,分析了目前高職院校休閑教育的現(xiàn)狀與問(wèn)題,提出了高職院校休閑教育的具體措施。第一部分從休閑及休閑教育的概念入手,對(duì)高職生的休閑和高職院校的休閑教育作了界定。為高職院校休閑教育的現(xiàn)狀與問(wèn)題的分析、高職院校休閑教育的意義及措施的制定奠定了基礎(chǔ)。第二部分考察國(guó)內(nèi)外休閑教育的發(fā)展歷程,探究了國(guó)內(nèi)外休閑教育的研究現(xiàn)狀。第三部分分析了高職院校開(kāi)展休閑教育的意義。開(kāi)展休閑教育不僅有利于彌補(bǔ)傳統(tǒng)高職教育的不足,更有利于促進(jìn)高職生的全面發(fā)展,有利于培養(yǎng)高職生的創(chuàng)新能力,有利于高職生養(yǎng)成積極健康的生活方式。第四部分分析了高職院校休閑教育的現(xiàn)狀與問(wèn)題。首先以我院學(xué)生為例,分析了高職生的休閑現(xiàn)狀。目前大多數(shù)高職生存在著休閑欲望強(qiáng)、休閑觀(guān)念差;休閑時(shí)間多、休閑質(zhì)量差;休閑方式單調(diào)、休閑技能低;休閑隨意性強(qiáng)、滿(mǎn)意度低的情況。其次分析了高職院校自身存在的問(wèn)題。第五部分提出高職院校開(kāi)展休閑教育的措施。加強(qiáng)休閑教育,首先要幫助學(xué)生確立J下確的體閑觀(guān);其次要深化教學(xué)改革,營(yíng)造休閑教育的氛圍;再次要增

簡(jiǎn)介:“1960年加利福尼亞高等教育總體規(guī)劃”是為了確立公立高等教育各部門(mén)的使命從而避免無(wú)益競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和為合格的年輕人提供充足的高等教育機(jī)會(huì)而提出的發(fā)展思路和實(shí)施措施。它經(jīng)受住了時(shí)間的考驗(yàn),在實(shí)踐中取得了巨大的成功,產(chǎn)生了廣泛而深遠(yuǎn)的影響。是什么原因使得它能夠長(zhǎng)期基本保持不變并且產(chǎn)生了巨大的影響它對(duì)于我們有何啟示本文簡(jiǎn)要介紹了該規(guī)劃制定的時(shí)代背景、制定過(guò)程、主要內(nèi)容,較為詳細(xì)地介紹了該規(guī)劃中加州公立高等教育系統(tǒng)職能分化的內(nèi)容及其所采取的措施,介紹和分析了該規(guī)劃所產(chǎn)生的影響。在分析教育規(guī)劃理論的基礎(chǔ)上,從微觀(guān)的角度分析了加州規(guī)劃成功的具體原因,認(rèn)為有以下五點(diǎn)一是立足解決當(dāng)前緊迫問(wèn)題的同時(shí)面向教育的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展;二是多方參與,合作協(xié)調(diào),找到了化解沖突的恰當(dāng)有效的方式;三是堅(jiān)持了正確的哲學(xué)方向;四是內(nèi)行制定,保證了規(guī)劃的可行性;五是全州上下對(duì)高等教育的重視,營(yíng)造了教育發(fā)展的良好外部環(huán)境。從宏觀(guān)的角度分析,認(rèn)為加州規(guī)劃對(duì)加州公立高等教育系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行職能分化是其成功的根本原因。然后分析了我國(guó)高校分類(lèi)定位中存在的問(wèn)題和原因,指出對(duì)我國(guó)高校實(shí)行科學(xué)分類(lèi)定位的必要性,借鑒該規(guī)劃中分類(lèi)定位的經(jīng)驗(yàn),就我國(guó)高校定位問(wèn)題提出了以下對(duì)策,分四個(gè)方面一是堅(jiān)持正確的指導(dǎo)思想,確保定位方向正確;二是改革完善政府評(píng)估機(jī)制;三是從自身實(shí)際出發(fā),走特色辦學(xué)之路;四是關(guān)注社會(huì)需求,重視動(dòng)態(tài)定位。
