簡介:縱觀中國幾千年的教育史,我們可以發(fā)現(xiàn)教育的發(fā)展總是緊緊地跟隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的腳步。尤其是在科學(xué)技術(shù)飛速發(fā)展的今天,教育也更多的表現(xiàn)出了高科技的特色,而計算機(jī)和INTER的出現(xiàn)更是為教育的發(fā)展提供了更加優(yōu)良的載體,遠(yuǎn)程的網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育也隨之發(fā)展起來。目前,人工智能理論可以說是目前教育領(lǐng)域的又一熱點問題,如何在遠(yuǎn)程教育中引入人工智能的元素也成了一代教育人的追求。遠(yuǎn)程教育發(fā)展到今天,可以說是轟轟烈烈,但也存在著很多不足的地方,例如,自主學(xué)習(xí)平臺的智能性不高,缺少有效的導(dǎo)學(xué)機(jī)制等。本文針對遠(yuǎn)程教育發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,又結(jié)合了AGENT的概念和技術(shù)特點,介紹了一種新的導(dǎo)學(xué)方式利用AGENT技術(shù)構(gòu)件智能導(dǎo)學(xué)系統(tǒng)。分析了利用AGENT技術(shù)構(gòu)件的智能導(dǎo)學(xué)系統(tǒng)的理論基礎(chǔ),并且構(gòu)建了應(yīng)用AGENT技術(shù)創(chuàng)建遠(yuǎn)程教育智能導(dǎo)學(xué)系統(tǒng)的基本框架圖,給出AGENT結(jié)構(gòu)圖和導(dǎo)學(xué)策略和自學(xué)方案自動生成流程圖,闡述系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計思路和智能化特征。指出AGENT技術(shù)應(yīng)用于遠(yuǎn)程教育網(wǎng)絡(luò)對解決異質(zhì)計算環(huán)境的協(xié)調(diào)問題,實現(xiàn)主動的智能化信息服務(wù)和提供有針對性、前瞻性和頗具個性化色彩的導(dǎo)學(xué)服務(wù)具有重要意義。

簡介:20世紀(jì)90年代以來計算機(jī)技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)迅速發(fā)展。通信技術(shù)也在不斷進(jìn)步2009年1月隨著3G牌照的發(fā)放中國正式進(jìn)入3G時代。這些技術(shù)對各行各業(yè)都產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)的影響提高了工作的效率改變了人們的生活方式。教育也受到這些技術(shù)發(fā)展的影響教育信息化逐漸成為一種趨勢。網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)平臺是教育信息化的重要組成部分隨著各種技術(shù)的發(fā)展與普及網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)平臺也在不斷發(fā)展。本研究正是在這種背景下產(chǎn)生的。研究中首先把推送技術(shù)按照用戶接收推送信息的方式劃分為四種EMAIL推送技術(shù)、RSS推送技術(shù)、SMS推送技術(shù)和WAP推送技術(shù)。介紹了四種技術(shù)的含義、體系結(jié)構(gòu)以及它們功能實現(xiàn)的原理分析它們在網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)平臺中的優(yōu)缺點以及適用范圍最后設(shè)計并實現(xiàn)了基于推送技術(shù)的教學(xué)公告發(fā)布系統(tǒng)。推送技術(shù)在網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)平臺中的使用可以讓學(xué)習(xí)者接收教學(xué)信息更加及時、便捷同時也可以讓學(xué)習(xí)者根據(jù)自己的需要定制相關(guān)的學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容。本研究探討推送技術(shù)在網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)平臺中的應(yīng)用旨在為開發(fā)者在設(shè)計網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)平臺時提供一種新的思路更好地發(fā)揮網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)平臺在信息化教育中的作用。

簡介:目的本研究以創(chuàng)傷后應(yīng)激障礙(POSTTRAUMATICSTRESSDISDER,PTSD)患者為載體,以健康志愿者為對照,運(yùn)用靜息態(tài)功能磁共振成像(RESTINGSTATEFUNCTIONALMAGICRESONANCEIMAGING,RSFMRI)技術(shù),分析電針對創(chuàng)傷后應(yīng)激障礙患者以雙側(cè)杏仁核為感興趣區(qū)(REGIONOFINTEREST,ROI)的大腦靜息態(tài)功能連接(RESTINGSTATEFUNCTIONALCONNECTIVITY,RSFC)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的影響,為臨床針刺運(yùn)用于PTSD的治療提供更加充分的依據(jù)。方法1以15例PTSD患者及15例健康志愿者為研究對象,進(jìn)行靜息態(tài)腦功能磁共振成像掃描,以雙側(cè)杏仁核為ROI對全腦磁共振圖像進(jìn)行分析,比較PTSD患者與健康志愿者靜息態(tài)功能連接的差異。2以15例PTSD患者及15例健康志愿者為研究對象,運(yùn)用電針對PTSD患者進(jìn)行每周3次,共36次治療,分別于治療前后對患者進(jìn)行PTSD臨床監(jiān)測量表(THECLINICALADMINISTEREDPTSDSCALE,CAPS)、焦慮自評量表(SELFRATINGANXIETYSCALE,SAS)、抑郁自評量表(SELFRATINGDEPRESSIONSCALE,SDS)評分,并在治療前后對其進(jìn)行靜息態(tài)功能磁共振成像掃描,選取雙側(cè)杏仁核為ROI對全腦磁共振圖像進(jìn)行分析,比較PTSD患者治療前后及治療后與健康志愿者靜息態(tài)功能連接的差異。結(jié)果1電針治療后,PTSD患者的CAPS、SAS、SDS評分治療前后比較差異均存在統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P2與健康志愿者相比,PTSD患者雙側(cè)杏仁核與全腦靜息態(tài)功能連接增強(qiáng)的腦區(qū)主要有左側(cè)顳中回、左側(cè)顳下回、右側(cè)顳下回,功能連接減弱的腦區(qū)主要有前額葉、右側(cè)額下回(P20)。3與治療前相比,電針治療后PTSD患者雙側(cè)杏仁核與全腦靜息態(tài)功能連接增強(qiáng)的腦區(qū)主要有眶回、前額葉,功能連接減弱的腦區(qū)主要有丘腦(P<001,CLUSTER20)。4與健康志愿者相比,電針治療后PTSD患者雙側(cè)杏仁核與全腦靜息態(tài)功能連接增強(qiáng)的腦區(qū)主要有左側(cè)顳下回、右側(cè)顳下回,功能連接減弱的腦區(qū)主要有左側(cè)額下回(P<001,CLUSTER20)。結(jié)論1電針對PTSD患者的臨床癥狀及焦慮抑郁情緒狀態(tài)改善有較好的療效。2杏仁核顳葉功能連接增強(qiáng),杏仁核額葉功能連接減弱可能是PTSD發(fā)病的中樞病理機(jī)制之一。3電針通過促進(jìn)杏仁核額葉功能連接增強(qiáng)及抑制杏仁核顳葉功能連接增強(qiáng),參與PTSD杏仁核功能連接網(wǎng)絡(luò)的調(diào)節(jié),從而使PTSD相關(guān)臨床癥狀得到改善,可能是電針治療PTSD的部分中樞網(wǎng)絡(luò)機(jī)制。

簡介:經(jīng)過多年發(fā)展,國內(nèi)網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育已經(jīng)取得了很大的進(jìn)步,已建成了一大批正在服務(wù)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育系統(tǒng)。但教育資源標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化和資源共享的應(yīng)用水平卻滯后于網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育的發(fā)展。國內(nèi)外開展了大量針對網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育資源標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的研究工作,且有一系列的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和規(guī)范問世。但是這些標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在資源制作中難以得到較好的實際應(yīng)用。本文立足于這一現(xiàn)實情況,參照國內(nèi)外網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育通行標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對SCM模型進(jìn)行了改進(jìn)與發(fā)展,使之更加符合國內(nèi)的實際需要。該模型旨在解決教育資源的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化問題,同時注重易用性,以便其能夠順利應(yīng)用到現(xiàn)有的網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育系統(tǒng)中。在此基礎(chǔ)上還衍生出了一種專門針對網(wǎng)絡(luò)課件的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化應(yīng)用模型。符合這一模型的網(wǎng)絡(luò)課件具有高度的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化內(nèi)容和豐富的表現(xiàn)形式,擁有廣泛的應(yīng)用前景。以此模型為基礎(chǔ),本文介紹了一種教育資源標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化制作工具。該工具能夠幫助教育資源創(chuàng)作人員快捷的創(chuàng)建標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程。制作完成的元素資源也可以方便的被其他創(chuàng)作者發(fā)現(xiàn)和引用,使得資源共享達(dá)到了一個新的高度。同時工具還可以對非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)課件進(jìn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)封裝以便同標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化資源一起應(yīng)用。通過本文提出的一種資源管理原型系統(tǒng),標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程可以得到有效的集中存儲,同時提供內(nèi)容共享,素材共享等多種不同的共享方式服務(wù)于用戶,大大提高了資源的利用率。
