簡(jiǎn)介:東北師范大學(xué)博士學(xué)位論文我國(guó)農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育困境研究從社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)與農(nóng)民對(duì)子女職業(yè)教育選擇的關(guān)系視角姓名張力躍申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別博士專業(yè)教育學(xué)原理指導(dǎo)教師于偉20080501業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)中的流動(dòng)過(guò)程實(shí)然,在流動(dòng)欲望、流動(dòng)愿望、流動(dòng)過(guò)程的各個(gè)階段中農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育何為在改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)的變遷中如何發(fā)生了從能到不能的變化最終通過(guò)對(duì)農(nóng)村個(gè)人職業(yè)教育選擇受社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)深層規(guī)制的分析,闡明在當(dāng)前的社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)下,農(nóng)民的選擇是理性的,農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育遭遇困境的深層原因是社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)的變遷導(dǎo)致個(gè)體的利益訴求產(chǎn)生變化,從而與國(guó)家的宏觀發(fā)展需求錯(cuò)位。而要破解困境,需要尊重受教育者的個(gè)人利益,增進(jìn)個(gè)人職業(yè)教育選擇的制度安排,增強(qiáng)農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的內(nèi)驅(qū)力,追求社會(huì)理性和個(gè)人理性的協(xié)調(diào)同一。全文共分六個(gè)部分。導(dǎo)言從總體上交待本研究的緣起、思路及相關(guān)研究的概況,并且簡(jiǎn)要闡述了農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的困境背景和研究的意義。第一章根據(jù)選題的需要,提出了本研究的理論假設(shè)第一,社會(huì)分層是客觀存在的,社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)規(guī)制著農(nóng)民的行為選擇;第二,農(nóng)民具有理性,他們?yōu)樽优M(jìn)行職業(yè)教育選擇的目的性行為是建立在有限理性的基礎(chǔ)上,實(shí)現(xiàn)子女的階層躍遷是其對(duì)子女接受教育的主要期待?;诶碚摷僭O(shè)進(jìn)行了研究方法設(shè)計(jì)。第二章從分析我國(guó)社會(huì)分層結(jié)構(gòu)的演變?nèi)胧?,揭示了農(nóng)民由于置身劣勢(shì)階層,他們期望子女通過(guò)教育向上層流動(dòng),但農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育的辦學(xué)功能發(fā)生了由“地位教育’’到“生存教育”的蛻化,選擇農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育與農(nóng)民對(duì)子女向上流動(dòng)的欲望有著很大差距。第三章以我國(guó)近年來(lái)職業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)日趨高級(jí)化為出發(fā)點(diǎn),闡明較高的受教育程度成為獲得中高層職業(yè)的主要條件,農(nóng)民希望子女通過(guò)接受教育“逃離農(nóng)民’’、“盡量不做藍(lán)領(lǐng)”,但農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育受辦學(xué)層次所限,所培養(yǎng)的學(xué)生在職業(yè)市場(chǎng)上難以與高等教育畢業(yè)生展開(kāi)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),主要流向產(chǎn)業(yè)工人階層,影響了農(nóng)民子女選擇的積極性。第四章著力分析和描述農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育學(xué)生的實(shí)際流動(dòng)狀況。我國(guó)的畢業(yè)生就業(yè)體制已從國(guó)家統(tǒng)分統(tǒng)配轉(zhuǎn)向市場(chǎng)配置下的雙向選擇和多元就業(yè),農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育學(xué)生大多在次級(jí)勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)通過(guò)非正規(guī)就業(yè)謀取職業(yè)。加上農(nóng)村職業(yè)學(xué)校的人才培養(yǎng)模式?jīng)]有突出對(duì)學(xué)生實(shí)踐能力的培養(yǎng),學(xué)生難以受到市場(chǎng)青睞。由于不能實(shí)現(xiàn)穩(wěn)定就業(yè),農(nóng)民對(duì)農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育表現(xiàn)出較強(qiáng)的疏離。第五章對(duì)農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育困境的根本原因進(jìn)行了澄明,即國(guó)家發(fā)展農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育的宏觀需求與農(nóng)民個(gè)體利益訴求錯(cuò)位,我們需要從減少失業(yè)解決就業(yè)的新視角正確認(rèn)識(shí)農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育的價(jià)值,尊重農(nóng)民的選擇。在歸因的基礎(chǔ)上提出發(fā)展農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育的策略,其核心是要張揚(yáng)受教育者的個(gè)人利益,在此前提下增進(jìn)個(gè)人教育選擇的制度安排,提高農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育的辦學(xué)質(zhì)量,讓農(nóng)民真正感受到子女接受農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育的利益所在,最終促進(jìn)農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育的長(zhǎng)足發(fā)展。關(guān)鍵詞農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育;社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu);農(nóng)民;個(gè)人教育選擇Ⅱ
