簡(jiǎn)介:Y812536遼寧師范大學(xué)教育碩士研究生學(xué)位論文論文題目研究生指導(dǎo)教師專業(yè)方向年級(jí)論職業(yè)院校的語文教育李成森王毅學(xué)科教學(xué)語文2003級(jí)遼寧師范大學(xué)研究生部2005年4月論職業(yè)院校的語文教育一、語文教育與當(dāng)前職業(yè)院校語文教育的缺憾1、高技能人才與人文素質(zhì)人文主義的教育價(jià)值觀認(rèn)為教育應(yīng)以育人為本,重視人的全面、自由、和諧的發(fā)展、確立受教育者在教育活動(dòng)中的主體地位,建構(gòu)學(xué)生的主體性、把人的發(fā)展本身作為教育的核心和目的。然而,我國當(dāng)前職業(yè)技術(shù)教育的價(jià)值取向卻不是這樣,它把目光著重放在培養(yǎng)社會(huì)職業(yè)所需的知識(shí)和技能上,把教育的主體“人”放到了次要或被忽視的位置,即華中師范大學(xué)王坤慶教授所指出的那樣把教育降格到只以訓(xùn)練人的生產(chǎn)技能,掌握生產(chǎn)技術(shù)、為謀求職業(yè)作準(zhǔn)備的層次。于是問題就來了,職業(yè)院校教育變成了“專才”教育,而不是“育人”教育,專業(yè)技能勝于一切。之所以如此,主要的問題及其成因有以下這些首先,大部分職業(yè)院校為了提升自身的知名度,為了搶奪有限的生源,紛紛開設(shè)名稱時(shí)髦的專業(yè),大力度加強(qiáng)專業(yè)技能的培養(yǎng),而忽視了對(duì)學(xué)生適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)需求的職業(yè)素質(zhì)分析更忽視了基礎(chǔ)學(xué)科語文教育的拓展。正因?yàn)槿绱?,?shí)際上的職業(yè)院校語文教育常常陷入一種尷尬的境地。我們深知語文素養(yǎng)的提高,職業(yè)素質(zhì)的養(yǎng)成要靠長(zhǎng)時(shí)間的積累,學(xué)語文要眼光長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn),試卷未必能完全真實(shí)地反映出你的真實(shí)水平,可是對(duì)視分?jǐn)?shù)如命根的學(xué)生來說,將時(shí)間精力用于語文學(xué)習(xí)是一種低效投資。加之當(dāng)前就業(yè)市場(chǎng)對(duì)高技能人才的片面理解和急劇需求,導(dǎo)致了職業(yè)院校及其學(xué)生不斷的淡化語文這一基礎(chǔ)學(xué)科的教育。兩個(gè)方面其次,專業(yè)技能的加強(qiáng)導(dǎo)致了對(duì)非專業(yè)技術(shù)的擠壓和弱化。職業(yè)院校極為重視專業(yè)技能,為了給專業(yè)技能以更多的時(shí)間、空間和精力就人為地壓縮基礎(chǔ)學(xué)科語文的教育,甚至予以取締。所謂非專業(yè)技能,是指專業(yè)技能以外的人格、情感、溝通能力、與人往能力、承受能力、性格特征、健康狀況等。而這些技能是在職業(yè)院校專業(yè)技能教育中所無法學(xué)到和領(lǐng)悟到的。這些技能只能在基礎(chǔ)學(xué)科語文教育中得到補(bǔ)充、汲取,潛移默化地熏陶學(xué)生的身心。此外,還有其他一些因素,也制約著職業(yè)技術(shù)教育中對(duì)語文教育的定位和實(shí)施。比如,由于大家都知道的原岡,職業(yè)院校學(xué)生的知識(shí)儲(chǔ)蓄、接受能力、學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣、紀(jì)律觀念,學(xué)習(xí)熱情等,與普高學(xué)生相比有一定的差距,這樣老師的教學(xué)與管理就更顯得勞而無功,心態(tài)往往容易懈怠。再者,由于缺少全國統(tǒng)一高考的壓力,在一定程度上,語文老師也放松了對(duì)自身的嚴(yán)格要求,不那么專注對(duì)語文教育改革的關(guān)注,對(duì)提高自身及學(xué)生文學(xué)素養(yǎng)等方面與普高相比也有一定的差距,其情感成份、人文素養(yǎng)、靈活思維在機(jī)械的所謂應(yīng)用寫作、寫作應(yīng)用中大量流失,從而更顯得枯燥乏味。另外,職業(yè)院校的語文教育還存在著2

簡(jiǎn)介:在人才競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈的今天,職業(yè)價(jià)值觀已經(jīng)成為影響中職生擇業(yè)、就業(yè)、創(chuàng)業(yè)的關(guān)鍵。為了幫助中職生正確擇業(yè)、順利就業(yè)、積極創(chuàng)業(yè),分析中職生職業(yè)價(jià)值觀教育中亟待解決的問題,提出有效的教育對(duì)策,這是當(dāng)前職業(yè)教育的重要內(nèi)容。本文首先界定了職業(yè)價(jià)值觀內(nèi)涵,在此基礎(chǔ)上闡述了職業(yè)價(jià)值觀教育在職業(yè)學(xué)校德育、解決中職生就業(yè)問題以及校園穩(wěn)定、校園建設(shè)等方面的重要意義。其次,本文提出中職生職業(yè)價(jià)值觀教育中亟待解決的問題,并從個(gè)人、家庭、學(xué)校、社會(huì)四個(gè)方面分析原因。最后本文針對(duì)中職生職業(yè)價(jià)值觀教育中存在的問題,提出理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的較為系統(tǒng)的、有效的教育對(duì)策。尤其創(chuàng)造性地闡述了開設(shè)公益勞動(dòng)課程,鼓勵(lì)中職生參加社會(huì)活動(dòng),提供創(chuàng)業(yè)平臺(tái),發(fā)展校企合作等行之有效的實(shí)踐教育對(duì)策。
