      • 簡(jiǎn)介:混凝土攤鋪機(jī)是近些年流行的一種路面機(jī)械,其調(diào)平裝置在整機(jī)性能中占有很重要的地位,是保證路面平整度、提高公路攤鋪質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵。傳統(tǒng)的調(diào)平裝置采用平衡梁進(jìn)行測(cè)量,利用常規(guī)的控制方式進(jìn)行控制,取得了較好的控制效果。但為了適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代高等級(jí)公路路面攤鋪的技術(shù)精度的要求,需要不斷的改進(jìn)其控制系統(tǒng)。本文嘗試使用較先進(jìn)的傳感器及人工神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)控制器來(lái)代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)的測(cè)量和控制方式,并對(duì)其控制效果進(jìn)行模擬仿真,以期望得到較滿意的控制效果。為了達(dá)到這一目標(biāo),本文在參考和分析大量現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品參數(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行攤鋪機(jī)調(diào)平液壓控制系統(tǒng)的選型設(shè)計(jì)。參考現(xiàn)有攤鋪機(jī)機(jī)型,在選型設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)了攤鋪機(jī)試驗(yàn)?zāi)P?,建立了調(diào)平裝置的近似數(shù)學(xué)模型,并對(duì)橫縱坡控制系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性和動(dòng)態(tài)特性進(jìn)行了分析。依據(jù)其控制模型,文中進(jìn)行了直接反饋控制、常規(guī)數(shù)字PID控制系統(tǒng)的模擬仿真,確定了常規(guī)控制方式的控制參數(shù)及其控制效果,并在此基礎(chǔ)上采用神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)逆控制方法,對(duì)調(diào)平系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行辨識(shí)和控制,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行了訓(xùn)練和計(jì)算機(jī)仿真。在研究中發(fā)現(xiàn),傳統(tǒng)的PID控制系統(tǒng)可以取得很好的控制效果,但需經(jīng)過(guò)無(wú)數(shù)次的試湊,而參數(shù)的調(diào)整必須特別小心,非常敏感,不小心的選取都有可能使控制效果不好,產(chǎn)生振蕩,甚至失穩(wěn)。而利用BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的函數(shù)逼近能力,可以在較寬的范圍內(nèi)取得較好的控制效果。在控制的過(guò)程中,采用兩個(gè)BP網(wǎng)絡(luò),一個(gè)作為神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)辨識(shí)器NNI進(jìn)行辨識(shí)建模;另一個(gè)作為神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)控制器NNC。首先將被控對(duì)象進(jìn)行離線辨識(shí),確定NNC的初始權(quán)值再進(jìn)行神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)在線控制,從而能夠進(jìn)一步提高系統(tǒng)的控制精度。通過(guò)對(duì)數(shù)字PID和神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)兩種控制方式的比較可知,神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)控制的跟蹤性能優(yōu)于數(shù)字PID控制。所以為了得到一個(gè)快速、準(zhǔn)確的自動(dòng)調(diào)平控制系統(tǒng)本文采用的神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)控制器是可行的為進(jìn)一步對(duì)調(diào)平裝置試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行控制來(lái)提高系統(tǒng)的定位精度奠定了基礎(chǔ)。

      • 簡(jiǎn)介:隨著鐵路運(yùn)輸事業(yè)的發(fā)展,全路裝設(shè)有信號(hào)連鎖設(shè)備的車站已占現(xiàn)有營(yíng)業(yè)站的994%,電氣集中車站占連鎖車站的729%,而電氣集中連鎖道岔占連鎖道岔的887%,大型編組站、區(qū)段站幾乎全部實(shí)現(xiàn)了電氣集中連鎖。因此,確保鐵路車站信號(hào)設(shè)備無(wú)故障地良好工作,對(duì)鐵路運(yùn)輸安全具有非常重要的意義。利用新技術(shù)設(shè)備和方法,實(shí)現(xiàn)鐵路信號(hào)設(shè)備狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)和故障診斷,是保障鐵路運(yùn)輸安全中需亟待研究的重大課題之一。本文正是在傳統(tǒng)的信號(hào)分析方法的基礎(chǔ)上,利用現(xiàn)代設(shè)備采集的鐵路信號(hào)模擬量與開關(guān)量,將神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)和專家系統(tǒng)融入鐵路信號(hào)故障診斷之中,形成一個(gè)更加完善的趨于智能化的基于神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的鐵路信號(hào)故障診斷專家系統(tǒng)。本文分析了鐵路信號(hào)典型故障的故障機(jī)理,闡述了信號(hào)分析與故障診斷的方法,比較了各種方法的特點(diǎn),針對(duì)鐵路信號(hào)的典型故障特征,采用BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)診斷方法,基于WINDOWS平臺(tái),利用面向?qū)ο蟮腣ISUALC,開發(fā)了基于神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的鐵路信號(hào)故障診斷專家系統(tǒng)。并且通過(guò)采集實(shí)際故障信號(hào),對(duì)系統(tǒng)所采用的方法進(jìn)行了功能驗(yàn)證。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,通過(guò)神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)鐵路信號(hào)故障診斷,效果良好;提高了設(shè)備診斷、維修的效率,降低了設(shè)備的維修成本,具有很好的應(yīng)用前景。

      • 簡(jiǎn)介:本文提出了基于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線的艦船導(dǎo)航系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)方案。該方案中,綜合導(dǎo)航顯控臺(tái)、各導(dǎo)航設(shè)備和各分系統(tǒng)都作為網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點(diǎn)掛接在CAN總線上,各節(jié)點(diǎn)可以根據(jù)自己的需要從總線上獲取導(dǎo)航信息。這樣設(shè)計(jì)提高了整個(gè)導(dǎo)航系統(tǒng)的自動(dòng)化程度及可靠性。該方案還包括兩種異構(gòu)網(wǎng)絡(luò)互連設(shè)備CAN總線RS422轉(zhuǎn)換器和CAN總線ETHER網(wǎng)關(guān),用于CAN總線、以太網(wǎng)、串行總線之間的網(wǎng)絡(luò)互連和數(shù)據(jù)交換。本文重點(diǎn)介紹了CAN總線ETHER網(wǎng)關(guān)的開發(fā)。網(wǎng)關(guān)以應(yīng)用廣泛的MCS51單片機(jī)為核心,實(shí)現(xiàn)了與CAN總線、以太網(wǎng)的通信。本文還對(duì)當(dāng)前的熱點(diǎn)技術(shù)TCPIP協(xié)議作了深入分析,設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)適用于網(wǎng)關(guān)自身系統(tǒng)的輕型協(xié)議棧,使網(wǎng)關(guān)具有了WEB服務(wù)器的功能。實(shí)驗(yàn)證明,本方案可以很好的實(shí)現(xiàn)多個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)通信,兩種網(wǎng)絡(luò)互連設(shè)備也可以很好實(shí)現(xiàn)異構(gòu)網(wǎng)絡(luò)間的數(shù)據(jù)交換。
