簡(jiǎn)介:本研究對(duì)我國(guó)高等臨床藥學(xué)本科教育現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)研。由于我國(guó)臨床藥學(xué)教育起步較晚存在培養(yǎng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不一、區(qū)域發(fā)展失衡、招生規(guī)模小、學(xué)制較短、課程體系不成熟及師資缺乏等問(wèn)題。為借鑒發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家臨床藥學(xué)教育的經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)美國(guó)PHARMD人才培養(yǎng)指南制定的教育目標(biāo)、課程設(shè)置及其課程教學(xué)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了解讀。在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)加州大學(xué)舊金山分校、德克薩斯大學(xué)奧斯汀分校等7所全美著名藥學(xué)院校的PHARMD教育概況和課程設(shè)置進(jìn)行了調(diào)研和分析。在比較國(guó)內(nèi)外臨床藥學(xué)教育差異的基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合國(guó)情對(duì)我國(guó)臨床藥學(xué)專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)定位、課程體系、學(xué)制、學(xué)位、教育模式提出了一些意見(jiàn)和建議1專業(yè)培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)定位為應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)未來(lái)的藥物治療專家。2設(shè)置六年制本碩連讀專業(yè)畢業(yè)授予臨床藥學(xué)碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位。3課程體系應(yīng)包括基礎(chǔ)化學(xué)類、生物醫(yī)學(xué)類、藥學(xué)類、臨床科學(xué)類、人文社會(huì)科學(xué)類、藥物治療學(xué)類六大課程群。4在高等藥學(xué)院校與醫(yī)院藥學(xué)部門(mén)之間建立校院合作的人才培養(yǎng)模式讓臨床藥師參與專業(yè)培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃制定、專業(yè)課程教學(xué)負(fù)責(zé)承擔(dān)藥學(xué)實(shí)踐教學(xué)工作。5制定人才培養(yǎng)指南。在此基礎(chǔ)上鼓勵(lì)更多高等藥學(xué)院校開(kāi)設(shè)臨床藥學(xué)專業(yè)擴(kuò)大臨床藥學(xué)專業(yè)招生規(guī)模。

簡(jiǎn)介:遼寧師范大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文試論高等教育管理權(quán)力的特征及運(yùn)用時(shí)應(yīng)注意的幾個(gè)問(wèn)題姓名王宏申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專業(yè)教育管理指導(dǎo)教師馬健生20010910試論高等教育管理權(quán)力的特征及運(yùn)用時(shí)應(yīng)注意的幾個(gè)問(wèn)題合素質(zhì)的提高。當(dāng)前教育若不進(jìn)行整體性的改革,就無(wú)法承擔(dān)歷史賦予的使命。誠(chéng)然,教育的整體性改革應(yīng)包括教育管理的改革。沒(méi)有教育管理的改革,就不會(huì)有成功的教育改革。所以,研究教育管理中的問(wèn)題是教育整體性改革的需要。對(duì)我國(guó)來(lái)說(shuō),由于歷史和傳統(tǒng)的原因,在教育管理中,人們往往把教育組織與其他社會(huì)組織,如行政組織和經(jīng)濟(jì)組織等同起來(lái),習(xí)慣用行政方式管理教育,形成了行政權(quán)力膨脹并凌駕于學(xué)術(shù)權(quán)力之上的情況,學(xué)術(shù)權(quán)力得不到應(yīng)有的尊重,難以發(fā)揮作用”1。但是,這種現(xiàn)象必將隨著時(shí)代的發(fā)展發(fā)生變化。21世紀(jì)教育管理將發(fā)生歷史性的變革,主要表現(xiàn)為以下四方面學(xué)校管理自主化。教育管理將由計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)體制轉(zhuǎn)向社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制。學(xué)校具有法人資格,辦學(xué)自主權(quán)擴(kuò)大,經(jīng)濟(jì)上相對(duì)獨(dú)立,學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者和師生員工真正成為了學(xué)校的主人。政府和教育行政部門(mén)的職能將要發(fā)生根本性的變化,將由直接行政干預(yù),轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)檫\(yùn)用立法、撥款、評(píng)價(jià)、信息服務(wù)、政策指導(dǎo)和必要的行政手段,進(jìn)行宏觀管理。學(xué)校管理開(kāi)放化?,F(xiàn)代學(xué)校管理系統(tǒng)只有和外部環(huán)境實(shí)現(xiàn)充分的能量交換,才能有效地作用于社會(huì)。具體地說(shuō),要加強(qiáng)學(xué)校與社會(huì)、家庭的聯(lián)系。拓展教育空間,使學(xué)校教育、社會(huì)教育、家庭教育有機(jī)結(jié)合,形成立體式大教育。開(kāi)放化是面向21世紀(jì)學(xué)校管理的顯著特征之一。學(xué)校管理民主化。教育民主化是現(xiàn)代教育的特征之一,這是人們的民主意識(shí)在教育中的反映。實(shí)現(xiàn)教育民主化,必須有教育管理的民主化作保證。教育管理民主化,是指管理者充分發(fā)揚(yáng)民主,調(diào)動(dòng)全體被管理者的積極性和刨造性,并使之參與管理過(guò)程。學(xué)校管理民主化的趨勢(shì)主要是從學(xué)校封閉管理轉(zhuǎn)向社會(huì)參與管理;從少數(shù)人管理轉(zhuǎn)向教職工全員參與管理;在學(xué)生的管理方式上,注重在教師指導(dǎo)下的自我教育、自我管理。學(xué)校管理技術(shù)手段現(xiàn)代化。學(xué)校管理系統(tǒng)的建立,是以計(jì)算機(jī)為2
