簡介:分類號學(xué)校代碼10542密級學(xué)號200709020079日本高等工科教育評價(jià)研究基于日本工學(xué)教育評價(jià)研究報(bào)告的分析THESTUDYOFJAPANESEEVALUATIONSYSTEMOFHIGHERENGINEERINGEDUCATIONBASEDONTHEANALYSISOF“JAPANESESTUDIESINEDUCATIONALEVALUATIONENGINEERINGREPORT“研究生姓名導(dǎo)師姓名、職稱學(xué)科專業(yè)研究方向王璐常思亮教授教育經(jīng)濟(jì)與管理教育管理湖南師范大學(xué)學(xué)位評定委員會辦公室二零一零年十月高等教育是社會各界普遍關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)問題,高等教育質(zhì)量關(guān)系到人才、尤其是尖端人才的成長,關(guān)系到整個(gè)國家綜合國力的提升。高等工科教育是高等教育的重要組成部分,工科教育既有著一般高等教育的共同屬性,同時(shí)也有其特殊之處,工科教育評價(jià)成為了當(dāng)前高等教育評價(jià)當(dāng)中的重點(diǎn)與難點(diǎn)。日本高等工科教育評價(jià)在當(dāng)前世界高等教育評價(jià)領(lǐng)域中成績顯著。本文從日本的工業(yè)高等教育入手,采用了文獻(xiàn)分析法和比較研究法,對其歷史背景、發(fā)展歷程、構(gòu)成體系、評價(jià)制度和評價(jià)功效等方面進(jìn)行厘定與梳理,并原版翻譯引進(jìn)日本本土的高等工科教育評價(jià)資料日本工學(xué)教育評價(jià)研究報(bào)告,基于此報(bào)告的研究與分析,來闡述日本高等工科教育評價(jià)的工作。日本高等工科教育評價(jià)工作基本上是二戰(zhàn)以后借鑒美英等西方高等教育發(fā)達(dá)國家的評價(jià)制度的優(yōu)勢發(fā)展起來的,形成了自己獨(dú)特和科學(xué)的教育評價(jià)體系。外部評價(jià)以大學(xué)基準(zhǔn)協(xié)會的認(rèn)證評價(jià)和大學(xué)評價(jià)學(xué)位授予機(jī)構(gòu)的第三方評價(jià)及日本技術(shù)者認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)JABEE評價(jià)為主要特色,內(nèi)部評價(jià)以“檢討委員會”、老師、學(xué)生評價(jià)為主線,學(xué)術(shù)評價(jià)以“小組委員會“為特征,這種三者聯(lián)動(dòng)的評價(jià)模式對日本的高等工科教育起著極大的推進(jìn)作用。本文作者在此研究的基礎(chǔ)上歸納出了日本高等工科教育評價(jià)的基本特色移植本土化、模式科學(xué)化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)法制化、主體多元化和受評自主化五化的特點(diǎn),分析了我國高等工科教育評價(jià)工作的現(xiàn)狀與問題,進(jìn)而提出了相關(guān)有啟示的思考對策。

簡介:UDC編號學(xué)位論文高等教育供求均衡與策略選擇EQUIIIBRIUMOFSUPPIYANDSTRATEGYOHOICEINHIGHEREDUCATI013吳澤俊指導(dǎo)老師姓名曾昭轟研究員江西師范大學(xué)教育學(xué)院申請學(xué)位級別碩士專業(yè)名稱教育管理論文提交日期2005年9月答辯日期2005年11月學(xué)位授予單位和日期江西師范大學(xué)2005年12月答辯委員會主席評閱人二00五年九月高等教育供求均衡與策略選擇1前言隨著知識經(jīng)濟(jì)的到來,知識作為最寶貴的資源,越來越顯示出在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的作用,也即教育與經(jīng)濟(jì)的關(guān)聯(lián)更加密切。一方面,一個(gè)國家的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r決定著其教育的發(fā)展。經(jīng)濟(jì)決定了教育的基礎(chǔ)條件、發(fā)展規(guī)模、結(jié)構(gòu),決定著教育的制度和體制,也最終決定教育的內(nèi)容和方法。另一方面,教育對經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展有著巨大的推動(dòng)作用。教育有利于提高勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率,推動(dòng)科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展。在由計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)向市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的轉(zhuǎn)型期,多數(shù)產(chǎn)品供大于求的宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢下,教育特別是高等教育,卻成為為數(shù)不多的供給不足的第三產(chǎn)業(yè)。教育對經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的直接作用顯得尤為突出。教育與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展問題的研究,成為當(dāng)前教育界和經(jīng)濟(jì)界的一大熱點(diǎn)問題。目前,關(guān)于教育與經(jīng)濟(jì)問題的研究熱點(diǎn)主要有;教育特別是高等教育的產(chǎn)業(yè)屬性;教育資源配置方式和高等教育管理體制;教育如何與經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,特別是供求問題教育投資的總量、分配及其來源;教育成本與效率;教育的社會與個(gè)人收益率教育公平等等。在我國有的問題的研究還剛剛開始,有的可以說還是空白。針對這一情況,筆者在長期思考與學(xué)習(xí)的基礎(chǔ)上,擬就高等教育的產(chǎn)業(yè)屬性、供求均衡等問題進(jìn)行較為系統(tǒng)的分析,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出當(dāng)前高等教育發(fā)展中供求均衡的策略選擇。2高等教育的產(chǎn)業(yè)屬性分析教育特別是高等教育,是否具有產(chǎn)業(yè)的屬性能否按照產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展思路來發(fā)展我們的高等教育在教育經(jīng)濟(jì)的理論界,許多學(xué)者都提出了不同的看法,從1999年起,有關(guān)教育與經(jīng)濟(jì)問題的爭論遍及全國各大學(xué)術(shù)刊物。關(guān)于教育產(chǎn)業(yè)問題,有三種不同的觀點(diǎn)。一種為教育產(chǎn)業(yè)論,認(rèn)為教育是產(chǎn)業(yè)不僅指高等教育。而泛指所有教育,提出教育產(chǎn)業(yè)有助于更深刻地認(rèn)識教育發(fā)展規(guī)律,為教育發(fā)展帶來轉(zhuǎn)機(jī);另一種為教育非產(chǎn)業(yè)論,認(rèn)為教育產(chǎn)業(yè)的提法不科學(xué),特別是教育產(chǎn)業(yè)論的提法不科學(xué),會誤導(dǎo)教育。影響教育的正常發(fā)展;第三種為教育產(chǎn)業(yè)非本質(zhì)論,華東師范大學(xué)教科所劉銘、姚曉春撰文指出,。教育不具備產(chǎn)業(yè)的本質(zhì)屬性,只有當(dāng)教育進(jìn)行選擇時(shí),教育才具備了部分產(chǎn)業(yè)的性質(zhì)”。本文擬從產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的角度對高等教育的產(chǎn)業(yè)屬性作出分析。
