      • 簡(jiǎn)介:中文摘要中文摘要高等教育機(jī)會(huì)獲得的城鄉(xiāng)不公平問(wèn)題是當(dāng)前我國(guó)教育領(lǐng)域的一個(gè)突出問(wèn)題,但關(guān)于這一問(wèn)題的研究更多地散見(jiàn)于整體性的教育機(jī)會(huì)公平問(wèn)題的討論中,尚未形成專門性、系統(tǒng)性的研究成果。且綜觀以往研究,研究視角的單一是一個(gè)最大的問(wèn)題,多滿足于對(duì)政策的分析,而忽視對(duì)社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)性因素的分析,缺乏社會(huì)學(xué)視角的介入和理論的闡釋。本研究綜合、借鑒教育社會(huì)學(xué)有關(guān)教育不平等的理論與實(shí)證研究的成果,通過(guò)實(shí)證調(diào)查并結(jié)合各種統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)和文獻(xiàn)資料,分析了改革以來(lái),尤其是199年高校大規(guī)模擴(kuò)招以來(lái),我國(guó)高等教育機(jī)會(huì)獲得的城鄉(xiāng)差異問(wèn)題的現(xiàn)狀、特點(diǎn)及其演變趨勢(shì),并深入探討了這種機(jī)會(huì)分配的城鄉(xiāng)不公平問(wèn)題形成的原因,構(gòu)建高等教育機(jī)會(huì)城鄉(xiāng)不公平問(wèn)題形成的因果模型,在此基礎(chǔ)上,有針對(duì)性的對(duì)如何促進(jìn)高等教育機(jī)會(huì)城鄉(xiāng)公平提出了一些思考。本研究采用定性研究與定量研究相結(jié)合、文獻(xiàn)研究與實(shí)地調(diào)查研究相結(jié)合的方法,廣泛收集國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)理論文獻(xiàn)資料及國(guó)內(nèi)統(tǒng)計(jì)資料,通過(guò)實(shí)地調(diào)查、訪談,進(jìn)行深入探討與綜合分析形成結(jié)論。實(shí)地調(diào)查將采用抽樣調(diào)查和典型調(diào)查兩種方法進(jìn)行。抽樣調(diào)查主要針對(duì)天津和江西高校大學(xué)生城鄉(xiāng)背景的調(diào)查。典型調(diào)查分兩部分進(jìn)行一是選擇兩三所不同類型高校的部分學(xué)生進(jìn)行深入訪談二是對(duì)江西某市城鄉(xiāng)中小學(xué)生家庭背景、就讀學(xué)校和學(xué)業(yè)情況等的調(diào)查。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),自改革之初始,我國(guó)高等教育機(jī)會(huì)的分配就存在著一種向著城鄉(xiāng)不公平的方向演變的趨勢(shì)。經(jīng)過(guò)九十年代末以來(lái)持續(xù)幾年的高校大擴(kuò)招之后,目前我國(guó)城鄉(xiāng)間受高等教育機(jī)會(huì)的差距在總體上比擴(kuò)招前有一定程度的縮小,但是問(wèn)題仍然持續(xù)存在。尤其在國(guó)家重點(diǎn)院校、財(cái)經(jīng)類院校、收費(fèi)較高的三本獨(dú)立學(xué)院以及大部分較有市場(chǎng)需求的學(xué)科或?qū)I(yè),如外語(yǔ)、法學(xué)、藝術(shù)學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、工商管理學(xué)等學(xué)科中,農(nóng)村生源的比例很低,城鄉(xiāng)比例嚴(yán)重失衡,城鄉(xiāng)機(jī)會(huì)獲得的差異問(wèn)題尤為突出。另外,高等教育入學(xué)機(jī)會(huì)的性別比差距總體上雖已不明顯,但農(nóng)村女性受高等教育機(jī)會(huì)并沒(méi)有像城市女性那樣得到明顯的改善,農(nóng)村生源中性別不均衡問(wèn)題依然突出。研究進(jìn)一步表明,我國(guó)高等教育機(jī)會(huì)獲得的城鄉(xiāng)差異問(wèn)題形成的原因主要中文摘要觀存在,我們要正視這樣一個(gè)問(wèn)題城鄉(xiāng)教育差距,包括城鄉(xiāng)間高等教育機(jī)會(huì)獲得的差距,可能會(huì)永恒地存在,并因此要正視教育政策變革的局限性。不過(guò),我們要堅(jiān)持這樣一個(gè)信念雖然不能消滅這種差距,但是通過(guò)我們的努力,通過(guò)長(zhǎng)期的教育政策和社會(huì)政策變革的跟進(jìn),可以最大程度地縮小這種差距,這正是我們應(yīng)努力的方向。關(guān)鍵詞教育公平城鄉(xiāng)差距高等教育機(jī)會(huì)家庭資本教育政策

      • 簡(jiǎn)介:摘要摘要要保持我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的健康、可持續(xù)發(fā)展,需要加快培養(yǎng)數(shù)以億計(jì)的高素質(zhì)勞動(dòng)者、數(shù)以千萬(wàn)計(jì)的專業(yè)技術(shù)人才和大批的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新人才,為經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展提供更加有利的智力支持和人才保障。高等職業(yè)教育作為培養(yǎng)這些人才的一個(gè)重要渠道,在人才培養(yǎng)的質(zhì)量保障上擔(dān)負(fù)著重大的責(zé)任。而人才的質(zhì)量是與學(xué)校的人才培養(yǎng)模式密切相關(guān)的。近十多年來(lái)我國(guó)的高職教育發(fā)展迅猛,目前,無(wú)論是學(xué)校數(shù)量,還是在校生數(shù)量,高職教育已成為我國(guó)高等教育的重要組成部分。本文選取江西的高等職業(yè)院校作為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)法、調(diào)查法、個(gè)案分析法對(duì)江西省幾所民辦高職院校存在的典型的人才培養(yǎng)模式進(jìn)行探索與總結(jié)。主要內(nèi)容概括為以下幾個(gè)方面一、我國(guó)高等職業(yè)教育人才培養(yǎng)上還沒(méi)有完全以市場(chǎng)為導(dǎo)向。二、目前,高職教育人才培養(yǎng)呈現(xiàn)國(guó)際華的趨勢(shì)和對(duì)學(xué)生全面素質(zhì)的要求。三、“產(chǎn)教結(jié)合”模式是我國(guó)高職教育一貫提倡的一種培養(yǎng)模式,在鍛煉學(xué)生實(shí)踐技能,充分利用校內(nèi)校外兩種資源方面具有一定優(yōu)勢(shì),但受學(xué)校辦學(xué)條件和規(guī)模的影響,這種模式的優(yōu)勢(shì)不能得到充分的發(fā)揮“三元育人”模式比較重視學(xué)生人格的塑造,對(duì)提高學(xué)生人文精神、道德素質(zhì)有很好的效果,但對(duì)學(xué)生實(shí)踐應(yīng)用能力的鍛煉不足’“訂單式”模式是一種“短、平、快”的培養(yǎng)方式,對(duì)提高學(xué)生應(yīng)用操作能力和學(xué)校的就業(yè)率有很大幫助,但容易忽視學(xué)生基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)的學(xué)習(xí)和素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng),使學(xué)生成為“機(jī)器人氣四、江西高等職業(yè)教育人才的培養(yǎng),一首先要注意學(xué)校規(guī)模與內(nèi)涵的協(xié)調(diào),學(xué)?;A(chǔ)條件的完善,包括師資隊(duì)伍的建設(shè)。其次要以市場(chǎng)為導(dǎo)向作好專業(yè)建設(shè)和課程設(shè)置。關(guān)鍵詞高等職業(yè)教育育人模式產(chǎn)教結(jié)合三元模式訂單ABSTRACTPROFESSIONALANDPAVETHEKEY。川THEHIGHERVOCATIONALEDUCATIONRAISINGHUMANPATERNTHEPATTERNOFCOLEGELINKSCOMPANYTHREECOREPATTERNORDERINGFORM
