簡(jiǎn)介:職業(yè)意識(shí)是人們對(duì)職業(yè)的認(rèn)識(shí)、理解、情感和態(tài)度的總和,是支配和調(diào)控全部職業(yè)行為和職業(yè)活動(dòng)的調(diào)節(jié)器。開(kāi)展職業(yè)意識(shí)教育有利于落實(shí)中職校德育課新教學(xué)大綱的要求,有利于全面實(shí)施素質(zhì)教育。在當(dāng)前嚴(yán)峻的就業(yè)形勢(shì)下,更有利于引導(dǎo)學(xué)生順利實(shí)現(xiàn)就業(yè),通過(guò)提高學(xué)生的從業(yè)水平,培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)的從業(yè)者而促進(jìn)社會(huì)和諧發(fā)展。本研究采用了問(wèn)卷法,自行編制了具有較高信效度的調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,對(duì)中職校學(xué)生職業(yè)意識(shí)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查。根據(jù)收回的數(shù)據(jù)資料,分析歸納出學(xué)生職業(yè)意識(shí)的特點(diǎn)和存在問(wèn)題,為進(jìn)行職業(yè)意識(shí)教育提供依據(jù)和支持。通過(guò)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)的分析,中職校學(xué)生具備了一定的擇業(yè)就業(yè)意識(shí)和比較強(qiáng)烈的創(chuàng)業(yè)意識(shí),但普遍缺乏清晰的職業(yè)定位和科學(xué)合理的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃,職業(yè)意識(shí)較為淡薄。因此,對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的職業(yè)意識(shí)培養(yǎng),并適當(dāng)增加創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的內(nèi)容,使其真正體現(xiàn)出中職學(xué)生的職業(yè)特點(diǎn)是當(dāng)務(wù)之急。中職校德育課職業(yè)意識(shí)教育主要是在必修課職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃和職業(yè)道德與法律中進(jìn)行;另外,必修課經(jīng)濟(jì)政治與社會(huì)和哲學(xué)與人生,以及選修課心理健康等課程的部分內(nèi)容和職業(yè)意識(shí)教育也有很大關(guān)系。通過(guò)認(rèn)真領(lǐng)會(huì)新修訂的中等職業(yè)學(xué)校德育課教學(xué)大綱的新理念,本文對(duì)各課程中與職業(yè)意識(shí)教育有關(guān)的教學(xué)內(nèi)容、教學(xué)目標(biāo)進(jìn)行了全面而細(xì)致的分析。職業(yè)意識(shí)教育教學(xué)方法要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新。本文列舉了一些行之有效的教學(xué)實(shí)例,結(jié)合職業(yè)教育的特點(diǎn),適應(yīng)中職學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)方式和職業(yè)教育培養(yǎng)模式的變化,通過(guò)案例教學(xué)、情境教學(xué)、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)教學(xué)、社會(huì)調(diào)查、社會(huì)實(shí)踐等方式,把德育課與職業(yè)活動(dòng)、學(xué)生活動(dòng)相結(jié)合,并開(kāi)展職業(yè)意識(shí)分解訓(xùn)練與指導(dǎo),充分發(fā)揮學(xué)生主體作用,調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)的積極性。在國(guó)際上,一些發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家在近百年的教育發(fā)展歷程中,構(gòu)建了完善的職業(yè)生涯教育理論。我國(guó)在職業(yè)教育方面起步較晚,在職業(yè)意識(shí)培養(yǎng)方面還沒(méi)有完整、系統(tǒng)的理論。兩相對(duì)比,發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家職業(yè)意識(shí)教育對(duì)我國(guó)職業(yè)意識(shí)培養(yǎng)有著深刻的啟示。本文在查閱大量國(guó)外職業(yè)意識(shí)教育先進(jìn)理論和模式的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了重視職業(yè)意識(shí)早期教育,著力提升民眾的職業(yè)教育觀念,形成“社會(huì)教育學(xué)校教育家庭教育”三級(jí)教育網(wǎng)絡(luò),加強(qiáng)職業(yè)意識(shí)教育隊(duì)伍建設(shè)等建議??傊?,為了適應(yīng)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展和國(guó)民職業(yè)生涯發(fā)展的需要,構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代國(guó)民教育體系和終身教育體系,在新世紀(jì)的教育改革與發(fā)展中,我們應(yīng)當(dāng)積極借鑒發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),在我國(guó)教育中全面推進(jìn)職業(yè)意識(shí)的培養(yǎng)。

簡(jiǎn)介:基子模塊課程模式的職業(yè)教育改革探索基于模塊課程模式的職業(yè)教育改革探索摘要職業(yè)教育主要是指引導(dǎo)學(xué)生掌握在某一特定的職業(yè)或某類(lèi)職業(yè)中從業(yè)所需的實(shí)際技能、知識(shí)和認(rèn)識(shí)而設(shè)計(jì)的教育近年來(lái)職業(yè)教育蓬勃興起,但很多院校仍習(xí)慣于以學(xué)科為本位的’‘三段論”基礎(chǔ)課技術(shù)墓礎(chǔ)課、專(zhuān)業(yè)課式的傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)模式,缺乏特色,已經(jīng)不能適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代教育改革發(fā)展的需要而課程改革是職業(yè)教育教學(xué)改革的核心任務(wù),構(gòu)建具有中國(guó)職業(yè)教育特色的課程模式已成為課程改革的必要“寬塞礎(chǔ),活模塊,,KH課程模式,是一種取學(xué)科課程、活動(dòng)課程、核心課程的課程觀之長(zhǎng),并借鑒德國(guó)使用雙元制的核心階梯課程、流行于北美等地區(qū)所使用的CBE能力模塊課程、國(guó)際勞工組織開(kāi)發(fā)的MES所使用的技能模塊課程以及我國(guó)傳統(tǒng)的單科分段式課程等多種職教課程模式,以‘廣吸收、不套用、有創(chuàng)新”的方式,以市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)、科技進(jìn)步作為背景推出的一種適用于職業(yè)教育,并與其它各級(jí)各類(lèi)教育相互街接、相互溝通的新型的職業(yè)教育模塊式課程模式簽于模塊課程模式的職業(yè)教育改革有利于學(xué)生綜合能力的提高,有利于人才培養(yǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化,有利于整個(gè)職業(yè)教育發(fā)展同時(shí)帶來(lái)整個(gè)教育思想、教育內(nèi)容、教育方法、教育手段、教育模式、教育過(guò)程的一場(chǎng)深刻革命,使職業(yè)教育全面向素質(zhì)教育轉(zhuǎn)變,職業(yè)教育培養(yǎng)的人才能夠完全適應(yīng)21世紀(jì)對(duì)人才發(fā)展的需求關(guān)鍵詞職業(yè)教育模塊課程模式“寬墓礎(chǔ)、活模塊”多媒體3基于模決課程棋式的職業(yè)教育改革探索職業(yè)學(xué)校培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)上存在短期行為。一些學(xué)校沒(méi)有隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展及時(shí)調(diào)整培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)。在專(zhuān)業(yè)設(shè)置上不能根據(jù)市場(chǎng)的需要及時(shí)調(diào)整,所設(shè)專(zhuān)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不盡合理,對(duì)市場(chǎng)的適應(yīng)性較差,熱的專(zhuān)業(yè)過(guò)熱,供過(guò)于求。冷的專(zhuān)業(yè)過(guò)冷,雖社會(huì)急需但無(wú)人問(wèn)津。培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)和課程設(shè)置之間、課程設(shè)置和崗位群的知識(shí)能力要求之間出現(xiàn)脫節(jié),畢業(yè)生的崗位適應(yīng)性差,學(xué)到的東西也無(wú)用武之地。3人才規(guī)格結(jié)構(gòu)不合理我國(guó)正處于經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期,對(duì)人才的需求量不斷增加,但目前高等院校培養(yǎng)的人才大多注重基礎(chǔ)理論的研究而缺乏實(shí)踐能力的培養(yǎng),雖然全國(guó)大中專(zhuān)院校每年也有上百萬(wàn)人才輸送到各行各業(yè),但人才沒(méi)有明顯的結(jié)構(gòu)差異,缺少一批既懂技術(shù)又懂理論又有動(dòng)手能力的技藝型、管理型、實(shí)用型應(yīng)用人才。這種狀況如不改變必然影響我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)發(fā)展。按照我國(guó)當(dāng)前國(guó)情和未來(lái)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),職業(yè)教育的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)應(yīng)在兩個(gè)方面定位一是為本科院校培養(yǎng)后備人才二是為我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)前線培養(yǎng)具有一定專(zhuān)業(yè)理論知識(shí)和專(zhuān)業(yè)操作技術(shù)、技能的勞動(dòng)者。這種特殊的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)必然要求有一種合適的課程體系與之對(duì)應(yīng)。模塊課程模式的提出為職業(yè)教育改革指明了一個(gè)方向。22基于模塊課程模式的職業(yè)教育改革的意義1與國(guó)際職業(yè)教育接軌與國(guó)際接軌,是我國(guó)許多行業(yè)取得重大發(fā)展的重要措施,職業(yè)教育的改革與發(fā)展也不可能例外。同世界職業(yè)教育發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家相比,我國(guó)職業(yè)教育建立較晚,一直沒(méi)有得到很大的發(fā)展。建立之初只是將職業(yè)教育作為高等教育的補(bǔ)充,在教學(xué)模式上照搬高等教育模式采用學(xué)科課程體系。這種做法在很大程度上彌補(bǔ)了高等學(xué)校畢業(yè)生的不足,卻嚴(yán)重制約了職業(yè)教育科學(xué)的研究和職業(yè)教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展。我國(guó)職業(yè)教育長(zhǎng)期采用學(xué)科課程,從國(guó)家計(jì)劃招生開(kāi)始,到學(xué)生分配工作為止。這固然與國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)體制和教育水平相一致,卻有悖于職業(yè)教育規(guī)律,也不符合教育心理學(xué)的要求。隨著我國(guó)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的建立和高等教育的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,職業(yè)教育與國(guó)際接軌勢(shì)在必行。與國(guó)際接軌,有利于國(guó)外職業(yè)教育數(shù)百年發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和科學(xué)成果的吸收利用,增強(qiáng)職業(yè)教育特色和畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力,為經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展提供合格的勞動(dòng)力。試行模塊式教學(xué)正是促使職業(yè)教育與國(guó)際接軌的一條可行途徑。2提高學(xué)生競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力,適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)需求在各類(lèi)職業(yè)教育中,中等專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)校接近真正的職業(yè)教育,其操作能力培養(yǎng)在各類(lèi)職業(yè)學(xué)校中最為成熟,是我國(guó)職業(yè)教育的中堅(jiān)力量。但由于長(zhǎng)期采用學(xué)科知識(shí)教學(xué)體系,重知識(shí),重學(xué)科系統(tǒng)性,強(qiáng)調(diào)學(xué)生研究能力的培養(yǎng),與高等學(xué)校的教學(xué)模式嚴(yán)重雷同。在人才短缺和計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)的時(shí)代,中專(zhuān)學(xué)校大大彌補(bǔ)了高等院校及其畢業(yè)生的嚴(yán)重不足,為國(guó)家做出了巨大貢獻(xiàn)。到了今天,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,高等教育也得到了很大發(fā)展,高校畢業(yè)生處于相對(duì)過(guò)剩的局面。與高等學(xué)校雷同的人才模式使得中專(zhuān)畢業(yè)生在就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中處于絕對(duì)劣勢(shì),繼而嚴(yán)重影響了學(xué)校的招生,高等院校的連續(xù)大規(guī)模擴(kuò)招也大大激化了這一進(jìn)程。相反,國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)和企業(yè)發(fā)展急需的技術(shù)工人等操作型的勞
