簡介:LIILLLILLLLIJLLLLLIIY3286653分類號密級單位代碼學(xué)號寧夏大學(xué)專業(yè)學(xué)位論文1074903150030高職院校教師績效考核分類管理研究一以G學(xué)院為ALL例‘11CLASSIFICATIONMANAGEMENTRESEARCHOFHIGHERVOCATIONALCOLLEGETEACHERS’PERFORMANCEAPPRAISALSUCHASINSTITUTEOFG指合作指導(dǎo)教師研究方所在學(xué)摘要高職教育作為現(xiàn)代高等教育體系的重要組成部分,在整個教育體系中的地位和作用日漸突出。教師作為直接影響教育質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵因素,由于其從業(yè)資本投入比其他行業(yè)大、成就需求感強、勞動本身的特殊性以及勞動價值成果實現(xiàn)周期長等特點,使得高校對教師的管理不同于一般的企業(yè)的員工管理,具有極大的挑戰(zhàn)性和復(fù)雜性。而如何通過對教師的績效考核與分類管理調(diào)動其工作積極性,推動辦學(xué)水平穩(wěn)步提升是目前職業(yè)院校乃至所有高校的一項重要工作。本文綜合運用文獻(xiàn)與案例研究、定量分析以及經(jīng)驗總結(jié)的方法,以績效考核、分類管理以及激勵機制相關(guān)理論為基礎(chǔ),通過對G學(xué)院現(xiàn)行的績效考核體系與教師分類管理工作進(jìn)行現(xiàn)狀分析,在分析的基礎(chǔ)上找出存在的主要問題,并就問題產(chǎn)生的原因進(jìn)行了剖析,提出了相應(yīng)的對策。以合理的教師分類提升績效考核的有效性,通過績效考核結(jié)果的分析、反饋和應(yīng)用促進(jìn)教師分類管理工作的開展,將教師的績效考核與分類管理緊密聯(lián)系起來。以達(dá)到調(diào)動教師工作積極性,推動辦學(xué)水平穩(wěn)步提升,實現(xiàn)學(xué)校與教師共同發(fā)展的目標(biāo)。關(guān)鍵詞高職院校,績效考核,分類管理,激勵機制

簡介:密級碩士學(xué)位論文(全日制專業(yè)學(xué)位碩士)(全日制專業(yè)學(xué)位碩士)題目基于在線遷移學(xué)習(xí)的概念漂移數(shù)據(jù)流分類算法研究(英文)(英文)RESEARCHONCLASSIFICATIONALGITHMOFCONCEPTDRIFTDATASTREAMBASEDONONLINETRANSFERLEARNING研究生學(xué)號1403304003研究生姓名唐詩淇指導(dǎo)教師姓名、職稱指導(dǎo)教師姓名、職稱文益民、教授申請學(xué)位類別工程碩士領(lǐng)域軟件工程論文答辯日期2017年6月8日摘要I摘要邁入大數(shù)據(jù)時代,很多數(shù)據(jù)以數(shù)據(jù)流的形式快速產(chǎn)生。數(shù)據(jù)流挖掘算法被應(yīng)用于很多領(lǐng)域。如垃圾郵件分類、視頻行為分析、地震預(yù)報及新聞推薦等等。不同于傳統(tǒng)關(guān)系型數(shù)據(jù)模型,數(shù)據(jù)流中常常隱含著概念漂移,而傳統(tǒng)的機器學(xué)習(xí)算法本質(zhì)上都是基于一個靜態(tài)學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境而以盡量保證學(xué)習(xí)系統(tǒng)泛化能力為目標(biāo)的一個尋優(yōu)過程,故其不太適應(yīng)數(shù)據(jù)流場景。因此,概念漂移問題已成為機器學(xué)習(xí)的熱點研究問題?,F(xiàn)有的大多數(shù)概念漂移檢測算法一般都是當(dāng)檢測到發(fā)生概念漂移后才對分類器進(jìn)行調(diào)整以適應(yīng)新到概念,因此概念漂移檢測總不可避免存在滯后性。在概念漂移發(fā)生初期由于獲取到的屬于新到概念的樣本較少,使得激活分類器在該時期由于訓(xùn)練或者調(diào)整不充分造成其對新到概念的適應(yīng)性較差,分類準(zhǔn)確率難以快速恢復(fù)。所以,在發(fā)生概念漂移后,如何使得分類器能快速適應(yīng)新到概念,對隱含概念漂移的數(shù)據(jù)流分類問題十分重要。針對以上問題,本文開展了以下兩個方面的工作1針對含重現(xiàn)概念的數(shù)據(jù)流的學(xué)習(xí)與分類問題中的“負(fù)遷移”和概念漂移檢測的滯后性,提出了一種基于在線遷移學(xué)習(xí)的重現(xiàn)概念漂移數(shù)據(jù)流分類算法RCOTL。RCOTL在檢測到概念漂移時選擇性存儲剛學(xué)習(xí)的基分類器,然后計算最近的樣本與存儲的各歷史分類器之間的領(lǐng)域相似度,以選擇最適合對后續(xù)樣本進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)的源分類器,從而改善從源領(lǐng)域到目標(biāo)領(lǐng)域的知識遷移。另外,RCOTL還在概念漂移檢測之前根據(jù)分類準(zhǔn)確率選擇合適的分類器對后續(xù)樣本分類初步的理論分析解釋了RCOTL為什么能有效克服“負(fù)遷移”,實驗結(jié)果進(jìn)一步表明RCOTL的確能有效提高分類準(zhǔn)確率,并且在遭遇概念漂移后能更快地適應(yīng)對后續(xù)樣本的分類。2在現(xiàn)有在線遷移學(xué)習(xí)算法中,當(dāng)單個源領(lǐng)域與目標(biāo)領(lǐng)域相似性不高時,很難進(jìn)行有效的遷移學(xué)習(xí)。對此,本文首先提出了一種基于局部分類精度的多源在線遷移學(xué)習(xí)方法LCMSOTL。LCMSOTL存儲多個源領(lǐng)域分類器,計算新到樣本與目標(biāo)領(lǐng)域已有樣本之間的距離以及各源領(lǐng)域分類器對其最近鄰樣本的分類精度,從源領(lǐng)域分類器中挑選局部較優(yōu)的分類器與目標(biāo)領(lǐng)域分類器加權(quán)組合,從而實現(xiàn)從源領(lǐng)域到目標(biāo)領(lǐng)域的遷移學(xué)習(xí)。然后在LCMSOTL算法的基礎(chǔ)上,本文再提出了基于多源在線遷移學(xué)習(xí)概念漂移數(shù)據(jù)流分類算法CDMSOTL。當(dāng)檢測到概念漂移后,CDMSOTL利用LCMSOTL整合多個歷史概念實現(xiàn)對新到概念的遷移學(xué)習(xí),使得分類器能更塊地適應(yīng)新到概念。實驗結(jié)果表明LCMSOTL能有效地從多個源領(lǐng)域?qū)崿F(xiàn)選擇性遷移,顯示出較高的分類準(zhǔn)確率,同時,CDMSOTL能在概念漂移發(fā)生后通過遷移多個歷史概念的知識幫助分類器迅速適應(yīng)新到概念。關(guān)鍵詞數(shù)據(jù)流;概念漂移;在線遷移;重現(xiàn)概念;LCMSOTL;CDMSOTL。

簡介:ILHLHLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLQQULLLLQLLLLLLKLIIIIIIBY3347571密級公哥團全日制口非全日制浙爐Z角矢乎碩士學(xué)位論文專業(yè)學(xué)位專業(yè)學(xué)位類別工程碩士提交日期2017年12月基于改進(jìn)情感詞典的在線旅游評論文本情感分類研究其中情感傾向分析是指通過一定的技術(shù)手段對海量的龐雜的評論文本進(jìn)行情感判斷以獲取有用的信息。如今,國外關(guān)于在線英文旅行評論文本的情感研究已經(jīng)取得了一定的成果。中國擁有全世界數(shù)量最多的網(wǎng)民,作為旅游市場最重要的客源地,相關(guān)的在線中文評論文本已經(jīng)成為研究中非常重要的部分,然而到目前為止面向中文UGC文本的情感分析技術(shù)仍未成熟,還處于發(fā)展階段。做為世界上擁有最大旅游市場,且具有巨大旅游潛力的國家,我國旅行者的購買偏好以及旅行者的情感特征的研究成為了學(xué)術(shù)界的研究焦點。然而,目前關(guān)于我國在線旅游的研究的仍僅限于用戶滿意度和細(xì)分市場,對研究而言,時效性和話題覆蓋度都不足。因此,本文采用網(wǎng)絡(luò)曠工SOUKEYMINER爬蟲軟件來從國內(nèi)熱門的在線旅游網(wǎng)站上抓取在線旅游評論文本,抓取的在線旅游評論文本經(jīng)過清洗以及預(yù)處理之后可以作為本文的實驗預(yù)料,一部分存入訓(xùn)練集,另外一部分存入測試集。基于隋感分析理論,本文利用訓(xùn)練集來完善在線旅游領(lǐng)域情感詞典以及旅游復(fù)合新詞發(fā)現(xiàn),從而構(gòu)建在線旅游文本情感分類模型對測試集中的實驗語料進(jìn)行情感分類,進(jìn)而對在線旅行者的情感進(jìn)行分析。關(guān)鍵詞旅游在線評論,評論挖掘,文本分析,情感分類Ⅱ
