簡介:隨著信息技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,各種應(yīng)用服務(wù)的不斷普及,電子定稅作為由傳統(tǒng)手工到自動化的重要手段,對于電子稅務(wù)信息化建設(shè)尤為重要。本文主要闡述了電子定稅的概念、技術(shù)要求和各種實現(xiàn)模型。通過對現(xiàn)在部分試點城市的系統(tǒng)模型進行分析和比較,總結(jié)了各種模型的優(yōu)缺點,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了一個基于J2EE體系架構(gòu)的BS模型的設(shè)計方案。并將該設(shè)計與現(xiàn)有的電子稅務(wù)資源管理系統(tǒng)進行整合,不僅實現(xiàn)了電子定稅,而且也實現(xiàn)了資源的整合以及信息的統(tǒng)一管理。研究內(nèi)容和主要工作包括以下方面1研究分析了現(xiàn)階段定稅工作的主要業(yè)務(wù)流程,并將其歸納總結(jié)成電子定稅工作中,計算機所需要處理的主要事務(wù)邏輯,應(yīng)用到電子定稅系統(tǒng)中。2研究了現(xiàn)有部分試點城市的電子定稅管理系統(tǒng),并通過深入分析比較CS和BS兩種模型,總結(jié)了其優(yōu)缺點,找出了現(xiàn)有模型所存在的問題。3在充分理解現(xiàn)有定稅工作流程基礎(chǔ)之上,完成了電子定稅管理系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫建模,以及數(shù)據(jù)庫的詳細設(shè)計和實現(xiàn)。4研究了和J2EE兩套體系架構(gòu),而且從中選擇了更加合適的J2EE架構(gòu)作為設(shè)計電子定稅管理系統(tǒng)的主要框架結(jié)構(gòu)。5對基于J2EE架構(gòu)的STRUTS和HIBERNATE技術(shù)進行了研究,并將其分別應(yīng)用到電子定稅系統(tǒng)的顯示層和數(shù)據(jù)持久層的設(shè)計上。

簡介:隨著計算機網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)展在線金融服務(wù)得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。然而互聯(lián)網(wǎng)本身缺乏有效的控制策略致使安全問題頻發(fā)網(wǎng)絡(luò)釣魚WEBPHISHING就是其中之一。網(wǎng)絡(luò)釣魚又稱為網(wǎng)絡(luò)仿冒是指專門利用假冒網(wǎng)頁騙取用戶敏感信息如銀行帳號、信用卡好、密碼的攻擊方式。由于實施簡便能獲得較大的非法利益且缺乏有效的防范方法網(wǎng)絡(luò)釣魚攻擊近年來愈演愈烈嚴重威脅著在線金融的安全。本文的研究將為網(wǎng)絡(luò)釣魚防范提供思路。網(wǎng)絡(luò)釣魚的防范可分為服務(wù)器端防范、用戶端防范與第三方防范。本文主要研究第三方防范的體系及其核心算法。通過分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)釣魚的攻擊方式結(jié)合現(xiàn)有的防范體系和研究成果本文提出了基于服務(wù)的綜合網(wǎng)絡(luò)釣魚防范系統(tǒng)CAPSCOMPREHENSIVEANTIPHISHINGSYSTEM。CAPS基于WEB服務(wù)技術(shù)能對網(wǎng)絡(luò)釣魚攻擊進行全程監(jiān)控聯(lián)合網(wǎng)絡(luò)釣魚相關(guān)各方銀行、公安、用戶、郵件服務(wù)商等構(gòu)建高效的網(wǎng)絡(luò)釣魚攻擊預(yù)警防范機制。本文提出并實現(xiàn)了基于收縮和分割帶檢測的網(wǎng)頁圖像分割算法。與真實網(wǎng)頁相似是釣魚網(wǎng)頁的特點為了更加準確的檢測網(wǎng)頁間的相似性引入網(wǎng)頁分割算法。所提的分割算法根據(jù)網(wǎng)頁圖像由塊BLOCK組成的特點通過收縮除去塊四周的背景和檢測分割帶塊之間的背景區(qū)域?qū)崿F(xiàn)對網(wǎng)頁圖像的分割。實驗結(jié)果證實了算法的有效性。本文提出了基于特征提取和嵌套運土者距離NESTEDEARTHMOVERSDISTANCENEMD的相似網(wǎng)頁判別算法。該算法首先提取網(wǎng)頁中基本塊的相關(guān)屬性如顏色直方圖、大小等并根據(jù)各個塊的相對位置生成塊間關(guān)系結(jié)合塊的屬性與關(guān)系得到網(wǎng)頁特征關(guān)系圖ATTRIBUTEDRELATIONALGRAPHARG然后計算兩個網(wǎng)頁ARG之間的NEMD距離并以此作為判斷網(wǎng)頁相似性的依據(jù)。實驗結(jié)果顯示該算法能有效的檢測出與被仿冒網(wǎng)頁相似的釣魚網(wǎng)頁準確度高于同類算法。

簡介:在復(fù)雜金融交易背景下,洗錢是一項重要的金融犯罪活動。隨著科技的進步,這種洗錢活動也越來越趨于群組化。這些群組為了隱瞞其犯罪行為,會通過各種手段隱藏其存在,為此將它們稱為隱組。鏈接挖掘技術(shù)不同于以單獨的對象作為實例的傳統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù),它更加注重對象之間的鏈接,在金融領(lǐng)域,這種鏈接即交易也構(gòu)成了金融數(shù)據(jù)的主體。基于鏈接挖掘思想,根據(jù)隱組的表現(xiàn)形式,采用隱馬爾可夫模型作為金融交易網(wǎng)絡(luò)的進化模型。金融交易網(wǎng)絡(luò)中節(jié)點的社會結(jié)構(gòu)視為一馬爾可夫鏈,節(jié)點之間的交易是互相獨立的,且某時刻的交易圖僅與該時刻節(jié)點的社會結(jié)構(gòu)有關(guān),所以節(jié)點產(chǎn)生的交易序列就是符合兩個概率的隱馬爾可夫過程,這樣就建立了金融交易網(wǎng)絡(luò)的隱馬爾可夫模型。由于本文所研究的是隱組問題,因此對不存在隱組的情況不進行深入分析。僅在隱組存在的情況,一方面在確定節(jié)點社會結(jié)構(gòu)的情況下,通過模型產(chǎn)生金融交易序列作為算法的輸入來驗證模型的正確性和有效性。另一方面根據(jù)模型產(chǎn)生的金融交易序列作為算法的輸入,研究能判定網(wǎng)絡(luò)存在隱組的概率與所觀察交易強度序列周期數(shù)之間的關(guān)系。在檢測隱組的過程中,遍歷解空間的規(guī)模隨著節(jié)點數(shù)的增加而成指數(shù)增長。為此采用遺傳算法作為隱組的求解算法,并結(jié)合應(yīng)用背景,深入討論了運用遺傳算法對其求解的過程,通過實驗及結(jié)果分析,驗證算法的有效性。設(shè)計并開發(fā)了金融交易網(wǎng)絡(luò)中隱組檢測的原型系統(tǒng),給出了模型的整體框圖以及主要模塊的具體設(shè)計和實現(xiàn)流程,并分析了系統(tǒng)的性能。

簡介:山東大學(xué)博士學(xué)位論文網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)進步與網(wǎng)絡(luò)標準競爭姓名邢宏建申請學(xué)位級別博士專業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師臧旭恒20080516山東人學(xué)博十學(xué)位論文這些條件本文列示于表53。雖然學(xué)術(shù)界普遍承認網(wǎng)絡(luò)標準競爭存在多均衡現(xiàn)象,但是還未發(fā)現(xiàn)有學(xué)者系統(tǒng)論述過網(wǎng)絡(luò)標準競爭存在穩(wěn)定共存均衡的條件,因而對這一問題的論證是本文的創(chuàng)新點之一,也是進一步研究網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)進步的基礎(chǔ)。通過分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)效應(yīng)的技術(shù)屬性可以發(fā)現(xiàn),不同性質(zhì)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)進步對網(wǎng)絡(luò)效應(yīng)具有不同的影響,本文據(jù)此將網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)進步劃分為“基本效用項技術(shù)進步“、“網(wǎng)絡(luò)效應(yīng)項技術(shù)進步”以及“兼容技術(shù)進步“三種類型,這是對網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)競爭進行分類研究的根本依據(jù)。為避免流于膚淺,本文用較大篇幅闡明了網(wǎng)絡(luò)效應(yīng)的技術(shù)屬性,并輔以具體實例對這種分類方法加以佐證,力爭使論證過程更為嚴謹。從直接網(wǎng)絡(luò)效應(yīng)和間接網(wǎng)絡(luò)效應(yīng)的技術(shù)屬性出發(fā),將網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)進步分為三種類型也是本文的一個新嘗試。在對上述三類網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)進步進行分類研究的過程中,為增強模型及其結(jié)論的適用性和解釋力,本文在模型構(gòu)建過程中對網(wǎng)絡(luò)消費者的效用函數(shù)進行了更為一般化的異質(zhì)性設(shè)定。消費者被設(shè)定為具有“整體網(wǎng)絡(luò)效應(yīng)異質(zhì)偏好“和“單個技術(shù)基本效用異質(zhì)偏好”;網(wǎng)絡(luò)之間的兼容特性被設(shè)定為“非對稱兼容”。為適當簡化研究,本文假定網(wǎng)絡(luò)效應(yīng)為網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模的線性函數(shù),這也是一個被廣泛沿用的假定,并且應(yīng)用該假定所得到的一些研究結(jié)論也可以用于分析非線性網(wǎng)絡(luò)效應(yīng)情況下的某些特定問題。從網(wǎng)絡(luò)消費者和網(wǎng)絡(luò)廠商的最優(yōu)行為出發(fā),經(jīng)過模型推演可以得到網(wǎng)絡(luò)廠商的反應(yīng)函數(shù)。根據(jù)廠商反應(yīng)函數(shù)的特性,可以將參與競爭的網(wǎng)絡(luò)劃分為四種類型分別是“全面型強網(wǎng)絡(luò)“、“自立型強網(wǎng)絡(luò)’’、“外援型弱網(wǎng)絡(luò)“和“整體弱勢網(wǎng)絡(luò)“。根據(jù)模型推演和相關(guān)分析,本文發(fā)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)廠商的“網(wǎng)絡(luò)效應(yīng)項技術(shù)進步“和“基本效用項技術(shù)進步“具有相同的實現(xiàn)條件。某個網(wǎng)絡(luò)廠商推出某種以上兩種網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)進步中的某一種網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)進步后,如果市場是“雙贏”的,則該網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)進步將得以實現(xiàn);如果市場是“單贏’’的,則該網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)進步在一定條件下將得以實現(xiàn),而在另外一些條件下將不能實現(xiàn)并被“鎖出“市場;特殊條件下,網(wǎng)絡(luò)廠商甚至會存在“推出網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)進步的惰性’’。此外,這兩種類型的網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)進步具有不同的福利影響。社會管理者有時比消費者更傾向于采用網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)進步,有時則比消費者更加反對網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)進步的發(fā)生。對“兼容技術(shù)進步”所進行的研究顯示,網(wǎng)絡(luò)廠商獲取“兼容技術(shù)進步“存II

簡介:淮安供電公司隸屬江蘇省電力公司,為非法人企業(yè),其業(yè)務(wù)流程和管理模式具有一定的代表性,在運作中所暴露出的問題普遍存在于幾乎所有的供電企業(yè)。本文是在網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)飛速發(fā)展和國家電力體制改革這兩大背景下,以淮安供電公司為研究對象,以點帶面,探討B(tài)PR理論對供電企業(yè)改革的指導(dǎo)作用。本文本著提出問題、分析問題、解決問題的思路,首先對我國電力工業(yè)發(fā)電、輸電、配電、售電四個環(huán)節(jié)垂直切分的改革方向進行了分析介紹,并對這種改革造成的供電企業(yè)外部和內(nèi)部環(huán)境所帶來的戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)變驅(qū)動因素進行了分析,指出了供電企業(yè)新戰(zhàn)略使命下業(yè)務(wù)流程再造的必要性。然后運用了業(yè)務(wù)流程再造的原理和方法,針對目前供電企業(yè)的變電檢修、工程項目管理和電力營銷三大主要核心業(yè)務(wù)流程進行了分析研究,提出了業(yè)務(wù)流程再造和實施的方案。最后,指出了供電企業(yè)要實現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)流程再造的目的所必須進行的企業(yè)文化、薪酬制度和組織機構(gòu)方面的變革,以及IT投資應(yīng)用從而保障BPR的順利實施。
