      • 簡介:文章對城市電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃的目的、內(nèi)容和意義作了簡要的介紹,分析了城網(wǎng)規(guī)劃工作的特點、困難性及其所面臨的新形勢。本文根據(jù)地理信息系統(tǒng)中空間網(wǎng)絡(luò)的特點和配電網(wǎng)的結(jié)構(gòu)特點,以道路網(wǎng)空間網(wǎng)絡(luò)為基礎(chǔ),建立特定配電網(wǎng)拓撲結(jié)構(gòu)。利用地理信息系統(tǒng)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓撲結(jié)構(gòu)分析功能,進行變電站選址、配電網(wǎng)架和110KV供電網(wǎng)絡(luò)架構(gòu)規(guī)劃。本文通過一個新變電站的選址和網(wǎng)絡(luò)架構(gòu)的規(guī)劃實例,提出了用道路網(wǎng)空間網(wǎng)絡(luò)為配網(wǎng)規(guī)劃的簡單和可操作的方法。經(jīng)過實際應(yīng)用表明,基于GIS的配電網(wǎng)拓撲分析方法具有很大的實用性和推廣價值,也為配電網(wǎng)架構(gòu)優(yōu)化和變電站選址探索一條新路。

      • 簡介:重慶醫(yī)科大學碩士學位論文重慶市社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)地理信息相關(guān)研究姓名張旭東申請學位級別碩士專業(yè)流行病與衛(wèi)生統(tǒng)計學指導教師王潤華20090501重慶醫(yī)科大學碩士研究生學位論文采用隨機抽樣的方法,抽取46個社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心進行問卷調(diào)查,資料采用秩和比RSR綜合評價法、秩和檢驗和多元線性回歸等分析方法;4隨機抽取186名社區(qū)居民進行問卷調(diào)查,采用LOGISTIC回歸和BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析影響居民首選社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)機構(gòu)就診的主要因素。結(jié)果1建立了基于GIS的重慶市社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)機構(gòu)信息管理系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)通過編程實現(xiàn)了信息采集與更新、點查詢、SQL查詢、信息的可視和數(shù)據(jù)分析等功能;2社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心的衛(wèi)生資源配置在地理和人口分布上存在不合理的現(xiàn)象,衛(wèi)生機構(gòu)和人力資源的人口公平性較好,GINI系數(shù)小于O3,而地理公平性很差,GINI系數(shù)大于06,住院床位與設(shè)備配置在地理和人口分布上均處于不公平狀態(tài),GINI系數(shù)均在O4以上;3社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)機構(gòu)對距離較遠的所屬社區(qū)范圍提供的服務(wù)量較少,社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心與轉(zhuǎn)診醫(yī)院間的距離遠及交通不方便等因素制約著雙向轉(zhuǎn)診的開展;機構(gòu)的地理位置環(huán)境、周邊交通狀況、與所屬社區(qū)的中心地帶距離、周邊競爭等因素影響機構(gòu)的衛(wèi)生服務(wù)量和門診人次量;調(diào)查中發(fā)現(xiàn),社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心的信息化建設(shè)不足,利用較低;4調(diào)查中有4140%的居民認為會選擇社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)機構(gòu)作為首診醫(yī)療機構(gòu),LOGISTIC回歸和BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析顯示,居民年齡、文化程度、從家到社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)機構(gòu)的距離、對社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)機構(gòu)地理位置滿意度、候診時間、對社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)知曉程度等對居民選擇和利用社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)有影響。結(jié)論1建立的該信息管理系統(tǒng)具有方便、實用等優(yōu)點,能夠?qū)r空數(shù)據(jù)和屬性數(shù)據(jù)進行綜合分析,為衛(wèi)生決策提供科學依據(jù);2氣

      • 簡介:隨著通信技術(shù)的發(fā)展,智能手機得到迅猛發(fā)展,運用智能手機進行詐騙等犯罪活動的行為日益增多,手機取證這一新興課題應(yīng)運而生,其中地理位置信息的重要性已引起廣泛關(guān)注,但國內(nèi)外較少對智能終端地理位置信息取證進行研究。本文在國內(nèi)外手機取證的研究基礎(chǔ)上,研究了ROID手機地理位置信息的取證方法。本文設(shè)計了一款獲取ROID手機中地理位置信息的取證軟件。研究了ROID手機中各類地理位置信息的存儲情況和規(guī)律,然后在終端取證軟件中進行可視化展示。并依據(jù)取證結(jié)果提出計算用戶親密度的算法,可分析用戶社會行為。主要研究內(nèi)容如下1、對ROID手機中所有地理位置服務(wù)應(yīng)用進行取證分析,并按多媒體、導航、社交活動、瀏覽器等類別進行分類,針對每類應(yīng)用選取其中有代表性的軟件進行分析展示,運用逆向分析技術(shù)獲取各地理位置服務(wù)相關(guān)應(yīng)用的賬號信息、定位信息、搜索信息和行程信息。2、設(shè)計并實現(xiàn)了ROID地理位置信息取證軟件,介紹了該取證軟件的設(shè)計思想、系統(tǒng)功能和系統(tǒng)架構(gòu),著重介紹了地理位置解析模塊的設(shè)計細節(jié),舉例闡述了具體地理位置服務(wù)相關(guān)應(yīng)用解析的流程,并應(yīng)用該軟件實現(xiàn)了對地理位置信息取證結(jié)果的可視化展示。3、針對地理位置信息取證軟件取證結(jié)果,提出了基于地理位置相似性計算用戶親密度的算法。依據(jù)取證結(jié)果中定位信息和行程信息的數(shù)據(jù)特點,分別運用不同算法得出用戶親密度。定位信息可看做地理位置興趣點POINTOFINTEREST,POI,對定位信息取證結(jié)果預處理后運用空間向量相似性算法計算用戶親密度。對于行程信息依據(jù)用戶行程軌跡相似度越高親密度越高的原則,運用相似子序列檢測算法檢測用戶相似的行為軌跡,以此為基礎(chǔ)驗證用戶親密度,并進行實驗驗證了算法正確性。

      • 簡介:本文針對配電GIS系統(tǒng)建設(shè)中的若干關(guān)鍵技術(shù)做了以下研究工作1完成了網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型的分析和建立的工作,對傳統(tǒng)的搜索方法進行改進,運用GIS平臺的拓撲分析函數(shù),實現(xiàn)配電網(wǎng)拓撲分析,并在此基礎(chǔ)上編制了停電模擬。2實現(xiàn)配電設(shè)備的檢修、巡視、試驗管理、定級管理等模塊的設(shè)計。3研究設(shè)計了配電GLS系統(tǒng)的接口。GIS系統(tǒng)從SCADA系統(tǒng)實時數(shù)據(jù)庫中讀取配網(wǎng)實時數(shù)據(jù),可以在以地理圖為背景的配電網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖上顯示SCADA數(shù)據(jù),實時地觀察線路、開關(guān)等設(shè)備的狀態(tài),實現(xiàn)對整個電網(wǎng)的實時監(jiān)控定位。4研究實現(xiàn)了基于全球定位系統(tǒng)GPS的自動成圖,為準確、高效地繪制配電地理接線圖提供了現(xiàn)代化手段。
