      • 簡介:哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)管理學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文摘要世界各國經(jīng)驗(yàn)表明一國經(jīng)濟(jì)成長不能僅依靠少數(shù)大企業(yè),更要倚靠數(shù)量龐大、機(jī)制靈活、創(chuàng)新活躍的中小企業(yè),特別是科技型中小企業(yè)。科技型企業(yè)不僅能夠提供大量的就業(yè)崗位和稅收,更是技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的源頭和技術(shù)成果轉(zhuǎn)化的直接載體。因此,對科技型中小企業(yè)進(jìn)行全面且深入的研究,對于推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,提高綜合競爭力具有重大意義。本文以波特的戰(zhàn)略理論貫穿于研究全過程,圍繞著科技型中小企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略類型與影響因素的關(guān)系及中韓兩國戰(zhàn)略類型的差異等問題展開相關(guān)討論。首先提出所要研究的問題,并對相關(guān)理論的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行綜述然后對中小企業(yè)概念、特點(diǎn)及類型和中韓兩國的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行論述接著提出本文的研究模型,圍繞該模型提出了研究的假說及變量的測定,同時(shí)對標(biāo)本的基本情況進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)說明最后對假說進(jìn)行了分析和驗(yàn)證,得出結(jié)論。本文主要對以下幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了研究1對國內(nèi)外中小企業(yè)普遍使用的戰(zhàn)略類型和戰(zhàn)略影響因素進(jìn)行了總結(jié),在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了研究模型,確定研究的自變量和因變量2對中韓兩國科技型中小企業(yè)主要使用的戰(zhàn)略類型,以及不同戰(zhàn)略類型間在各戰(zhàn)略影響因素上的差異進(jìn)行分析、論述3對中韓兩國相同戰(zhàn)略類型間的差異及差距,以及差距產(chǎn)生的原因進(jìn)行分析討論。關(guān)鍵詞科技型中小企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略類型影響因素哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)管理學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文ANDKOREA,ALSOANLYSISINGTHECAUSEOFWHICHMAKETHEDISTANCEKEYWORDSTECHNOLOGY,SME,STRATEGYINFLUENCIALFACTORS

      • 簡介:論文題目紐叢腿整主生筮盟璉坦叢亟璉學(xué)科專業(yè)主竺焦蹲一作者姓名型L捌孓一指導(dǎo)教師叢選良筮遮。叢鱉醴魁良一完成日期墨Q皇上旦』L一紡織服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的類型及演進(jìn)部整合的策略,是企業(yè)對內(nèi)部擴(kuò)張與外部整合的收入與成本進(jìn)行比較的結(jié)果。紡織服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的演進(jìn)并不是完全自發(fā)的過程,集群在發(fā)展過程中容易形成路徑依賴,產(chǎn)生鎖定效應(yīng)。因此產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的演進(jìn)需要有外部政策的引導(dǎo)。紡織服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)集群屬于哪種類型也同時(shí)反映了集群的學(xué)習(xí)及創(chuàng)新績效。產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的演進(jìn)過程即產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的學(xué)習(xí)及創(chuàng)新能力不斷提升的過程。作者在劃分紡織服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)集群類型、推導(dǎo)紡織服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)集群演進(jìn)路徑的基礎(chǔ)上,也進(jìn)行了針對紡織服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)集群演進(jìn)路徑的實(shí)證研究。作者調(diào)查了大唐襪業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群、嵊州領(lǐng)帶產(chǎn)業(yè)集群和紹興縣紡織服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)集群,對當(dāng)?shù)卣畽C(jī)構(gòu)及總共15家企業(yè)進(jìn)行了訪談。在實(shí)地調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合收集的二手資料,研究不同時(shí)期特定產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的類型,進(jìn)而得出特定產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的演進(jìn)路徑,并驗(yàn)證了所構(gòu)建的模型。本文的創(chuàng)新之處主要在于通過對“企業(yè)規(guī)模結(jié)構(gòu)”和“企業(yè)間合作關(guān)系”這兩個(gè)決定產(chǎn)業(yè)集群特征的主要因素的把握,將多樣的紡織服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)類型抽象概括為四類。并通過討論外界環(huán)境對兩因素的影響,將產(chǎn)業(yè)集群納入動(dòng)態(tài)演進(jìn)的軌道,推導(dǎo)了紡織服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)集群三種可能的演進(jìn)路徑。同時(shí)根據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的類型及演進(jìn)探討不同類型產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的學(xué)習(xí)創(chuàng)新能力,即當(dāng)?shù)丶徔椃b產(chǎn)業(yè)的升級能力。N
