簡介:1前言機(jī)床的價值從幾萬元到幾十萬元不等,一般都是在關(guān)鍵工序的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備,一旦故障停機(jī),采用淘汰購新產(chǎn)品價值太高,一般采用維修手段進(jìn)行維修,使其恢復(fù)功能,所以維修程序、方式、手段越來越引起人們的注意。此次根據(jù)現(xiàn)有條件,選用一臺嚴(yán)重?fù)p壞的6140車床作為對象進(jìn)行維修,內(nèi)容包括原電路的解讀,新電路的設(shè)計,購買新元件,通過調(diào)試維修過程時機(jī)床可以正常使用,同時,使用組態(tài)軟件進(jìn)行模擬仿真,使其動作過程呈現(xiàn)在人們面前。在文章最后,提出了現(xiàn)有車床現(xiàn)代化改造方案,包括新控制上才可編程控制器,主軸采用交流變頻器,使控制更加趨于現(xiàn)代化控制方法。希青有限公司的6140車床多數(shù)為臥式車床,使用繼電器和接觸器,這些傳統(tǒng)的電氣結(jié)構(gòu)會導(dǎo)致部分車床因?yàn)樵匣蛘呔€路老化,設(shè)備出現(xiàn)故障,無法運(yùn)行,這次的任務(wù)就是對其中一部電氣系統(tǒng)控制完全損壞的機(jī)床進(jìn)行維修,使其可以正常運(yùn)行的情況下,但是傳統(tǒng)的車床加工精確度不高,加工方式單一,所以在原有6140車床基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行改造。在原有的機(jī)床上對其進(jìn)行PLC改造,提出PLC對其電氣部分的控制方法設(shè)計方案,并進(jìn)行軟件模擬,使6140車床控制電路簡化,從而克服老舊模式缺點(diǎn),使原來的車床具有一定的數(shù)控化,可以進(jìn)行精細(xì)加工,提高產(chǎn)品經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,使車床可以在以后市場中得到更加廣泛應(yīng)用。36140車床型號意義分別為6為組代號(落地及臥室車床組);1為系代號(臥式車床);40為主參數(shù)折算值。126140車床的運(yùn)動分析6140車床的運(yùn)動主要分為主軸電路的轉(zhuǎn)動,進(jìn)擊運(yùn)動,輔助運(yùn)動三部分。121主運(yùn)動主軸主要是電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)動帶動傳送帶,通過齒輪變速變化,使其獲得動力(1)電機(jī)采用三相籠式異步電動機(jī)啟動。(2)調(diào)速通過機(jī)械部分的變速箱實(shí)現(xiàn)。(3)啟動方式為直接啟動。122進(jìn)擊運(yùn)動進(jìn)擊運(yùn)動是通過快速進(jìn)擊電機(jī),輔助內(nèi)部齒輪傳遞方式改變,使其可以實(shí)現(xiàn)4個方向上的快速移動(1)電機(jī)采用三相籠式異步電動機(jī)啟動。(2)速度固定,方向通過操作桿搖動,改變內(nèi)部齒輪咬合實(shí)現(xiàn)。(3)由點(diǎn)動開關(guān)來實(shí)現(xiàn)快速操作。(4)手動操作,可以進(jìn)行固定值的加工。123輔助運(yùn)動輔助運(yùn)動多數(shù)為手動操作完成,主要是加工時候根據(jù)需要進(jìn)行選擇(1)刀架轉(zhuǎn)動。(2)物件夾緊和放松。(3)鉆孔進(jìn)給。(4)加工冷卻(與主電機(jī)為順序啟動關(guān)系)由轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)控制。

簡介:本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(外文翻譯)(外文翻譯)題目_基于PLC鍋爐溫度控制_系統(tǒng)姓名專業(yè)自動化學(xué)號指導(dǎo)教師小初、宋體、加粗小三、宋體、15倍行距小三、宋體、15倍行距題目過長分兩行,所填內(nèi)容居中外文翻譯外文翻譯原文原文基于PLC的鍋爐溫度控制系統(tǒng)的研究摘要摘要從鍋爐的發(fā)展情況,PLC選型系統(tǒng)軟硬件設(shè)計,上下位機(jī)通信,組態(tài)程序開發(fā)設(shè)計等幾個方面進(jìn)行介紹。通過PLC實(shí)現(xiàn)的溫度控制系統(tǒng)具有調(diào)試簡潔、價格低廉、易于維修等優(yōu)勢,并且容易拓展到相應(yīng)的工控領(lǐng)域,移植性較好對工控發(fā)展具有重要的意義。關(guān)鍵詞關(guān)鍵詞PLC傳感器;溫度;自動控制隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,環(huán)境問題越發(fā)突出。鍋爐作為供熱系統(tǒng)中最重要的能源轉(zhuǎn)換裝置能源消耗巨大,每年全國鍋爐燃燒消耗的能源占總產(chǎn)13以上。目前,國內(nèi)大部分城市供熱系統(tǒng)中運(yùn)行的鍋爐設(shè)備陳舊老化基本依靠人工操作,自動化水平低下,安全性能極差,燃燒效率不高,空氣污染極為嚴(yán)重。因此,為鍋爐配置自動化溫度控制系統(tǒng)在當(dāng)今環(huán)境污染日益嚴(yán)重的情況下就顯得極為重要。1基于PLC的鍋爐溫度控制的介紹本系統(tǒng)是基于PLC的鍋爐溫度控制,通過鍋爐內(nèi)部傳感器對溫度、流量等參數(shù)的反饋來對系統(tǒng)溫度進(jìn)行調(diào)控,實(shí)現(xiàn)鍋爐溫度的自動控制。PLC可編程控制器是一種將繼電器控制器和計算機(jī)結(jié)合起來,通過安裝程序CPU中央處理單元為核心與IO設(shè)備相連接,使用在工控領(lǐng)域的計算機(jī)其構(gòu)成與普通計算機(jī)略有不同,主要是由CPU、存儲單元、IO接口電路、電源等基礎(chǔ)部分外加擴(kuò)展部分、編程器、外部設(shè)備等方面組成。PLC可編程控制器既能替代普通的繼電器,又具有多種擴(kuò)展功能,如AD模塊等。因此,PLC的運(yùn)用為鍋爐的自動控制提供了新的解決辦法使一些先進(jìn)的控制方法得以應(yīng)用。使用PLC可編程控制器對鍋爐系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行改造實(shí)現(xiàn)對溫度的自動控制一方面可以提高燃燒效率,減少燃料的使用量和煙氣中有害氣體的排放減少了空氣
