簡介:隨著住宅改革和人民生活水平的提高,大量建筑材料和裝飾裝修材料被人們所使用。這些建材和裝飾裝修材料釋放的甲醛,三苯等揮發(fā)性有機化合物VOCS,VOLATILEGANICCOMPOUNDS已成為室內(nèi)污染的主要來源。由室內(nèi)裝修釋放的有害氣體造成室內(nèi)環(huán)境污染越來越引起人們的關(guān)注。本課題針對室內(nèi)裝修污染提出烘焙排風及生物處理一體化技術(shù)。整個技術(shù)可以分為烘焙排風稀釋和后期生物處理兩個階段。首先采用烘焙與排風的復合作用加速污染物的揮發(fā)速度,并對室內(nèi)污染進行稀釋,然后經(jīng)過生物處理裝置來處理排向大氣的有害氣體。通過以上方法可以簡便高效地去除室內(nèi)裝修有害物質(zhì),同時避免了對室外環(huán)境造成污染,是解決室內(nèi)裝修污染和改善室內(nèi)外環(huán)境與空氣品質(zhì)行之有效的新方法。應用烘焙排風及生物處理一體化技術(shù)對室內(nèi)甲醛和三苯的去除效果進行研究,結(jié)果表明甲醛的濃度降低率在268~52%,苯、甲苯和二甲苯的濃度降低率在73~100%。在其他因素相同的條件下,含間歇性通風比無間歇性通風技術(shù)對室內(nèi)環(huán)境中有害氣體的去除效果好。對于烘焙排風階段,本文在詳細分析揮發(fā)性有機化合物擴散機理的基礎(chǔ)上,利用數(shù)值計算模型,結(jié)合已得到的實測數(shù)據(jù)確定出烘焙排風的最佳方案。對不同烘焙時間、烘焙溫度、通風時間、換氣次數(shù)下?lián)]發(fā)性有機化合物的排放量、室內(nèi)濃度變化進行了探討。提高烘焙溫度、換氣次數(shù),延長烘焙時間、通風時間均可以增大揮發(fā)性有機化合物的排除量,但各項因素所起到的作用效果有所差異。對于生物處理階段,本文采用吸附生物膜理論進行了動力學分析,與實驗數(shù)據(jù)的對比顯示,兩者有良好的相關(guān)性。相關(guān)系數(shù)苯R09995、甲苯R09996、二甲苯R09996。烘焙排風后的有害氣體經(jīng)過生物處理再排入大氣時,甲醛、苯、甲苯、二甲苯的凈化效率分別為100%、489%~73%、662%~947%、663%~90%。本文的研究結(jié)果對簡便有效地解決室內(nèi)裝修空氣污染問題提供了新方法,并為確定烘焙排風稀釋及生物處理一體化技術(shù)的最佳方案提供了理論依據(jù)和技術(shù)參數(shù)。

簡介:隨著我國經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展和生活水平的日益提高,提高對分散式污水的處理率和處理水質(zhì)已勢在必行。然而,傳統(tǒng)的脫氮除磷工藝要求較大的污泥回流量和硝化液回流量,需要較高的污水處理成本及管理操作要求,并不適合我國分散式污水的處理要求。為此,本文在充分分析已有工藝特點的基礎(chǔ)上,設計了一種新型、高效的一體化反應器,并對其性能進行了實驗研究。整個實驗研究由三個部分組成第一部分以模擬生活污水為處理對象,主要考察HRT、溫度等對反應器的處理性能的影響;第二部分是為了進一步提高反應器的脫氮性能,探討在分段進水時的處理性能;而第三部分是在綜合分析前兩部分研究結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上,確定處理工藝和工況條件,并以實際的生活污水為處理對象進行驗證實驗。獲得的主要研究結(jié)果如下1設計和制作了一種以分散式生活污水為處理目標的高效的一體化反應器。其主要特點為多級AO串聯(lián),無混合液及污泥回流,以過濾床代替二沉池,反應器均采用多孔彈性材料為載體,在高效去除有機物和氮磷的前提下,既簡化了工藝流程,降低了能耗又方便了運轉(zhuǎn)管理。2第一部分的研究結(jié)果表明,在實驗水溫范圍內(nèi),當HRT為12H時,反應器對污染物的去除率與HRT為9H時相比沒有明顯的提高,但HRT為12H或9H時的污染物去除率均明顯高于HRT為6H,因此HRT取9H較為合適。水溫的變化對有機物的去除影響不大,但對NH3N和、TN的去除影響比較顯著。水溫由15℃上升至25℃時,NH3N和TN的去除率分別增加了373%和221%。在HRT為9H、水溫為25℃,以及模擬生活污水中COD、NH3N、TN、TP、SS的濃度分別在350~450、264~369、270~385、17~26及267~345MGL范圍內(nèi)時,相應的污染物去除率分別達到了957%、970%、514%、635%及939%,處理水水質(zhì)指標均能滿足城鎮(zhèn)污水處理廠污染物排放標準GB189182002中的一級排放標準。3第二部分的研究結(jié)果表明,盡管采用了分段進水方式,反應器對TN的去除率并沒有得到提高,沒有能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)提高脫氮率的預期目標。不過,由于分段進水的方式可以分散進水負荷、提高抗沖擊負荷的性能,因此在實際應用中仍有一定的價值。4由于一段進水與多段進水的處理性能幾乎無差別,因此第三部分的實驗采用了一段進水的方式。實驗結(jié)果表明,反應器在HRT為9H、水溫為25℃,以及實際生活污水中COD、NH3N、TN、TP、SS的濃度分別為290~384、282~364、320~413、223~366、以及280~326MGL時,相應的去除率分別達到904%、835%、551%、651%、以及937%。由于生物學方法除磷是有一定的局限性,處理水質(zhì)指標中除了TP濃度之外,其它水質(zhì)指標均可滿足城鎮(zhèn)污水處理廠污染物排放標準GB189182002中的一級排放標準。因此總體上看,本文設計的反應器具有良好的去除性能。上述研究結(jié)果表明了本文設計的一體化裝置具有構(gòu)造簡單、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、管理方便、無回流系統(tǒng)等特點,并且在HRT僅為9H,且無二沉池的條件下,不僅具有很高的有機物、SS去除能力,而且還具有較好的脫氮除磷能力。因此,該新型一體化裝置在分散式生活污水處理領(lǐng)域具有良好的應用前景。
