簡(jiǎn)介:廈門大學(xué)學(xué)位論文原創(chuàng)性聲明本人呈交的學(xué)位論文是本人在導(dǎo)師指導(dǎo)下,獨(dú)立完成的研究成果。本人在論文寫作中參考其他個(gè)人或集體己經(jīng)發(fā)表的研究成果,均在文中以適當(dāng)方式明確標(biāo)明,并符合法律規(guī)范和廈門大學(xué)研究生學(xué)術(shù)活動(dòng)規(guī)范試行。另外,該學(xué)位論文為課題組的研究成果,獲得課題組經(jīng)費(fèi)或?qū)嶒?yàn)室的資助,在實(shí)驗(yàn)室完成。請(qǐng)?jiān)谝陨侠ㄌ?hào)內(nèi)填寫課題或課題組負(fù)責(zé)人或?qū)嶒?yàn)室名稱,未有此項(xiàng)聲明內(nèi)容的,可以不作特別聲明。聲明人簽名坼W,≥年OF月D乒日摘要世界上很多國(guó)家都很重視本國(guó)語(yǔ)言的推廣,建立了很多語(yǔ)言推廣機(jī)構(gòu),例如歌德學(xué)院、法語(yǔ)聯(lián)盟和英國(guó)文化委員會(huì)等。中國(guó)政府從2004年開(kāi)始在全球開(kāi)設(shè)孔子學(xué)院,其在傳授漢語(yǔ)知識(shí)、傳播中國(guó)文化和促進(jìn)世界各民族之間相互了解等方面發(fā)揮了重要的作用。最近幾年隨著孔子學(xué)院在世界各個(gè)國(guó)家如雨后春筍般地興起,對(duì)孔子學(xué)院的研究與討論也進(jìn)行的如火如荼,其中一個(gè)熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題就是孔子學(xué)院的績(jī)效評(píng)估??鬃訉W(xué)院作為這樣一個(gè)新生事物,學(xué)術(shù)界對(duì)其興起背景、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、教學(xué)內(nèi)容以及經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)方面的討論已經(jīng)有了相當(dāng)?shù)纳疃?,但是關(guān)于績(jī)效評(píng)估方面的討論還相對(duì)比較少。本文基于筆者在孔子學(xué)院一年的任教經(jīng)歷從專業(yè)角度對(duì)孔子學(xué)院的績(jī)效評(píng)估進(jìn)行一個(gè)探析。本文以孔子學(xué)院績(jī)效評(píng)估作為研究對(duì)象,綜合采用歷史文獻(xiàn)法、比較分析法、個(gè)案分析法和調(diào)查研究法,闡述了孔子學(xué)院設(shè)立背景、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和屬性等內(nèi)容,說(shuō)明孔子學(xué)院績(jī)效評(píng)估的必要性。在此基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合360。績(jī)效評(píng)估、關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)法、平衡計(jì)分法和CIPP評(píng)估等評(píng)估模式的特點(diǎn)和孔子學(xué)院績(jī)效評(píng)估的特點(diǎn),選擇適合孔子學(xué)院績(jī)效評(píng)估的模式CPP模式。采用CIPP模式,結(jié)合現(xiàn)有CIPP模式下教育機(jī)構(gòu)評(píng)價(jià)模式,分析孔子學(xué)院績(jī)效評(píng)估維度,構(gòu)建孔子學(xué)院績(jī)效評(píng)估三級(jí)指標(biāo)體系,并簡(jiǎn)單探討了孔子學(xué)院進(jìn)行績(jī)效評(píng)估的組織實(shí)施。在績(jī)效指標(biāo)體系的基礎(chǔ)上,筆者認(rèn)為孔子學(xué)院的文化傳播效果評(píng)估是CIPP模式下孔子學(xué)院績(jī)效評(píng)估的結(jié)果評(píng)估中最重要的內(nèi)容,因?yàn)榭鬃訉W(xué)院的最終目的是傳播中國(guó)文化,加之筆者條件及時(shí)間所限制,故運(yùn)用調(diào)查研究的方法對(duì)CIPP模式下非洲孔子學(xué)院績(jī)效評(píng)估的一個(gè)方面即文化傳播效果進(jìn)行一個(gè)初步的評(píng)價(jià)。本文的創(chuàng)新之處在于首次將CIPP這種教育評(píng)價(jià)模式應(yīng)用到孔子學(xué)院績(jī)效評(píng)估領(lǐng)域,并對(duì)其評(píng)價(jià)維度、指標(biāo)體系就行了一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的探索,分析孔子學(xué)院進(jìn)行績(jī)效評(píng)估的組織實(shí)施情況。并在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合筆者的工作經(jīng)歷,對(duì)CIPP模式下非洲孔子學(xué)院的績(jī)效評(píng)估中的效果評(píng)估的文化傳播效果進(jìn)行了一個(gè)實(shí)證研究。關(guān)鍵詞孔子學(xué)院;績(jī)效評(píng)估;CIPP評(píng)價(jià);文化傳播效果

簡(jiǎn)介:指導(dǎo)小組成員名單俞吾金教授汪堂家教授孫向晨教授汪行福教授丁耘副教授張雙利副教授林暉副教授中文摘要?dú)W克肖特是二十世紀(jì)重要的思想家尤其在實(shí)踐哲學(xué)領(lǐng)域其思想更是有著異乎尋常的獨(dú)創(chuàng)性和重要性。本文選擇其經(jīng)驗(yàn)概念為樞機(jī),試圖通過(guò)對(duì)這個(gè)概念的實(shí)踐哲學(xué)解讀來(lái)展示歐克肖特前后期思想的一致性以及這個(gè)概念本身所含有的實(shí)踐哲學(xué)意義。實(shí)踐哲學(xué)有三個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。第一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)是對(duì)哲學(xué)本身的規(guī)定和認(rèn)識(shí)。第二個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)是對(duì)實(shí)踐和政治體的哲學(xué)考察。第三個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)是對(duì)哲學(xué)與實(shí)踐之間關(guān)系的考察,達(dá)到有實(shí)踐自覺(jué)的哲學(xué),即實(shí)踐哲學(xué)。本文正文部分首先考察了歐克肖特從對(duì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的一般規(guī)定到哲學(xué)的環(huán)節(jié),其過(guò)渡是對(duì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)?zāi)J降恼撌?。在歐克肖特看來(lái)經(jīng)驗(yàn)就是思,經(jīng)驗(yàn)世界是觀念世界。不同的經(jīng)驗(yàn)?zāi)J绞怯兄煌疤岷拖薅ǖ乃?,是受限定的觀念世界,相對(duì)整全世界而言是抽象的。而哲學(xué)追求具體的經(jīng)驗(yàn)整體,是無(wú)條件的思。哲學(xué)之思的無(wú)條件性在于其對(duì)自身?xiàng)l件的自覺(jué)。在對(duì)哲學(xué)作出規(guī)定之后,本文接著考察了歐克肖特對(duì)實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)的哲學(xué)思考。實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)本身有兩個(gè)維度,一個(gè)是實(shí)踐活動(dòng),一個(gè)是實(shí)踐活動(dòng)在其中展開(kāi)的背景,即政治體。因此本文接著分別考察了歐克肖特對(duì)實(shí)踐和政治體的理解。在歐克肖特看來(lái),實(shí)踐有兩個(gè)方面,一個(gè)方面是自我展現(xiàn),另一個(gè)方面是自我創(chuàng)制。自我展現(xiàn)就是行為者通過(guò)選擇做或說(shuō)關(guān)聯(lián)于所設(shè)想并希求的結(jié)果的這個(gè)而不是那個(gè)而對(duì)其自身的為其所理解的偶然處境的回應(yīng),所設(shè)想并希求的結(jié)果本身是由其他行為者的行動(dòng)組成的。自我創(chuàng)制則是實(shí)踐活動(dòng)的動(dòng)機(jī)和情感方面。由于行為者之間的實(shí)踐交易本身具有暫時(shí)性,因此其持續(xù)進(jìn)行依賴更為穩(wěn)定的關(guān)系,歐克肖特稱之為風(fēng)習(xí)。風(fēng)習(xí)有兩種,一種是旨在提升實(shí)踐交易成功率因而對(duì)于實(shí)踐交易來(lái)說(shuō)是工具性的,另一種則是非工具性,后者歐克肖特稱之為道德風(fēng)習(xí)。根據(jù)道德風(fēng)習(xí)的聯(lián)合歐克肖特稱之為公民聯(lián)合。公民聯(lián)合構(gòu)成了歐克肖特所屬意的實(shí)踐的背景。因此本文接著具體考察了歐克肖特的公民聯(lián)合概念。歐克肖特將公民聯(lián)合理解為國(guó)家的本質(zhì)。公民聯(lián)合區(qū)別于事業(yè)聯(lián)合。對(duì)公民聯(lián)合與事業(yè)聯(lián)合的區(qū)別構(gòu)成了歐克肖特實(shí)踐哲學(xué)的一個(gè)重要環(huán)節(jié)。事業(yè)聯(lián)合是為了追求一種共同的實(shí)質(zhì)性目的而進(jìn)行的人與人之間的聯(lián)合,因此事業(yè)聯(lián)合是為了滿足人們的實(shí)質(zhì)性目的。公民聯(lián)合則是由道德風(fēng)習(xí)構(gòu)成的法的系統(tǒng),歐克肖特也稱之為公共事物。確立了公共事物之后就可以對(duì)統(tǒng)治和政治實(shí)踐作出明確規(guī)定了。統(tǒng)治是對(duì)公共事物的維持,而政治實(shí)踐則是根據(jù)公共事物的可欲性來(lái)對(duì)其狀態(tài)作出某種更改。本文最后考察了歐克肖特思想中哲學(xué)與實(shí)踐之間的關(guān)系,從而完成對(duì)其經(jīng)驗(yàn)概念的實(shí)踐哲學(xué)解讀。關(guān)鍵詞經(jīng)驗(yàn)哲學(xué)實(shí)踐公民聯(lián)合政治
